"Everyone moves forward on one’s own. Only a common goal will help to unite and move in one direction to win a victory - having reached the goal"
The beginning of the third millennium has raised questions before the civilization, the answers to which will determine the future of the Individual and Society. The landmarks of freedom, equality and fraternity, which once inspired the movement towards social justice, have now given rise to the other side - the post-industrial era of MASSIVE FLIGHT from responsibility. Individualism, exalting personal comfort and unlimited self-expression, has become THE BASIS OF THE NEW consumer culture. Superficial intellectualizations, the cult of property, civilian ignorance and the growing disunity of the society have led to the fact that the fear of the collapse of unjustified hopes has become the DOMINANT FEELING of man. The rejection of collective creativity, strong-willed decisions and personal responsibility have given rise to the crisis of values, where personal well-being turned out to be more important than moral obligations and social ties. Thus, the world has lost its spiritual and moral guidelines, and everyday life, elevated to the rank of the main value, has made meaningless everything that went beyond narrow individual interests. At the intersection of personality and society, contradictions have arisen that threaten civilization with new forms of feudalism and veiled slavery. GROWING ILLITERACY has increased social passivity, the loss of the meaning of life has become the norm, and the unpredictability of emotional reactions has made Man an unsafe element in economic and industrial systems. As a result, the place of Man is increasingly being taken over by digitalization, convergent technologies, and automation. We have reached the point beyond which words lose their power. Further movement REQUIRES TRANSITION from words to deeds — the creation of OUR OWN STATE - a new state built not according to alien standards and laws, but based on our own meaning of life. Only in this way can we go beyond alien moral dogmas and limitations. A natural question arises: - how to find our own state? At first glance, the solution seems simple -to expand the number of supporters, create a political party, achieve victory in the elections AND TAKE POWER. If we succeed, the state with all its resources will be in our hands. But it is important to remember: a mistake at the start makes all subsequent steps wrong. It is much more important to choose the right course than to move quickly in the wrong direction.
Sometimes a slow but the right direction is the only way to reach the goal. To understand the importance of the right direction, imagine a swimmer who has swum so far out to sea that the shore has disappeared from sight. Now it is not the speed that matters, but the correctness of the course: the slightest mistake - and instead of land he will find himself in the open sea. The faster he swims in the wrong direction, the faster he will approach his own death. This is why the concept of the necessity of seizing power must be criticized. The price of the mistake is too high. Before moving on, we need to ask questions: what is a MODERN STATE, why is it structured this way, who created it this way and for what purpose? Only by answering these questions we will be able to consciously choose what kind of state we want to build to realize our great task - VICTORY OVER DEATH. It is important to make a clear distinction: this is not about granting individual immortality, as many have mistakenly interpreted my previous thoughts. This is about defeating death itself, about taking human existence to a new level, where questions of state structure, statehood, and human activity will become only part of the common great strategy.
All ideas can be divided into two categories. Some require the construction of a new world, others - integration into the existing one. Thus, Christianity and Communism required the destruction of the old order. It was impossible to plant a new seed in a swamp: first it was necessary to drain the swamp, and only then build a new world. Other ideas - ecology, feminism, and careerism, striving for fame or wealth - on the contrary, imply integration into the existing system, its gradual adjustment, but NOT DESTRUCTION. And here the key choice arises: our idea - TO DEFEAT DEATH - belongs to those that require the creation of a new world. It is incompatible with the existing framework. This means that our path requires an understanding of the nature of the state and power on a much deeper level...
The idea of CONQUERING DEATH cannot be realized within the framework of the existing world. Just as Christianity could not take root in a pagan society and communism - in a feudal system, so this goal requires a radical restructuring of the entire model of the human existence. At first glance, it seems that in order to accomplish this task, it is necessary to GAIN POWER. However, if so, why has history not known a single political party that, having destroyed the old order, would remain true to its ideas and concentrate exclusively on their implementation? The usual explanations - imperfection of theories, discrepancy with human nature, pressure of development – do sound convincing. But to reveal the essence of the problem, it is worth posing the question differently: why did ALL IDEOLOGICAL teams, having gained power, betray their plans? Why did their real policy strikingly diverge from their own slogans before coming to power?
Let us imagine a thought experiment: the bearers of ideas, who have not yet gained power, judge themselves, who have already become power. It is safe to assume that the Bolshevik Party, on its way to power, would condemn the CPSU as the main enemy of communism. The persecuted Church would condemn the dominant Church for betraying Christianity. This paradox is repeated again and again: an ideological team, once at the helm, CHEATS ON ITSELF. Why? Let us consider the path of an idea from its inception to the moment of triumph. When an idea captures a critical mass of supporters, it inevitably takes shape as an organization and begins the struggle for power. At this stage, all efforts are absorbed by the struggle - there is no time for the realization of ideals. Having won, the party faces reality: in order to retain power, it is necessary to solve endless political, economic and social problems around the clock - from duties on timber and fish to reforms of the housing and utilities sector and the retirement age. Trifles absorb time and energy. As Valentin Pikul wrote in "Favorite": "At five in the morning (it was still dark outside) the new police general Chicherin found Catherine with her first cup of coffee in her hands, a little dog warming itself at her feet, a report on market prices followed. The most essential things - bread, firewood, meat, cod ..."
The state, by its nature, is under constant pressure - external (diplomatic, trade, cold and hot wars) and internal (opposition, spontaneous movements). Ignoring these challenges leads to weakening, and then - to the LOOSE OF POWER and death. Thus, the ideological team first exhausts itself in the struggle for power, then - in the struggle to retain it. The idea, for which it all began, disappears under the weight of DAILY ROUTINE. All ideological movements dreamed of using the state as a tool for the implementation of their ideas. But in practice, the state USED THEM. The power catches the ideological party in its nets, like a spider catches a fly.
The slow jaws of the system grind everyone without exception. People of ideas who find themselves in power are faced with a tough choice: either to completely submit to the logic of the state, or to be destroyed by it. And each time the choice was made in favor of survival - at the cost of ABANDONING THE IDEA. Here I would like to refer the reader to my article 27_3691 and give an example that is before our eyes today, and when we hear it, we just do not pay attention to it. An illustrative example of this transformation is the evolution of slogans. The early Bolsheviks said: "I serve the working people!" - serving the ideal. Over time, the slogan began to sound different: "I serve the Soviet Union!" - serving the state. Today it has transformed into the usual: "I serve Russia!" - Recognition of the state as the highest value. There is a DEEP MEANING in this change. At first, they served the people - the idea, in the end - the state - the system. Thus revolutionaries turned into cogs in the state machine. Loud words about communism, democracy, equality before the law continued to be heard on the platforms. But the real goals come down to one thing - RETAINING POWER. The party began to strive for power for the sake of power itself.
When the idea loses its place in the heart of the movement, a vacuum arises that is filled with diseases: dogmatism, hypocrisy, corruption, nepotism. "By their fruits you will know them." (Matthew 7:20)
Thus ideals die, leaving behind a beautiful mask of slogans - and the system that works for self-preservation, not for creation. A dead end is looming before us. To create conditions for VICTORY OVER DEATH, THREE COMPONENTS are necessary: the possibility to establish laws - oriented towards the highest goal, the availability of intellectual resources - since all the crises in the world are connected not with the lack of money, but with the deficit of ideas, the education system that forms the worldview that corresponds to the reality, and not to the relics of bygone eras. All these conditions are achievable only within the framework of ONE'S OWN STATE. And to create it, it would seem, power is required. But here's the paradox: as soon as the party gains power, it finds itself bound by the most alien tasks - daily maintenance of the structure, endless response to external and internal challenges. When is there time left to implement the great idea? Never.
It makes sense to seek power if the goal are practical tasks - ecology, career, money, fame. But if the goal is the ideological transformation of a person and society, the power turns into an obstacle. Once we get power, all our energy will be absorbed in the struggle to retain it. But we strive for power NOT FOR a short-term stay in office, but for the implementation of the great idea. This means turning power into a crown that is removed only with the head. But it is not even a matter of danger, but of the fact that, having tried on this crown, we will no longer be able to move freely: serving the state will drag us into the routine, depriving us of the opportunity to focus on the implementation of the idea itself.
Based on what has been said, we can firmly assert: in the form in which power exists today, we NOT only NEED it, but it is harmful.
To move along the way of traditional seizure of power means to become like a swimmer who, instead of the shore, stubbornly swims into the open sea, as has already been said. To CONQUER DEATH, we need new knowledge:
- on the state nature,
- on the power itself as a phenomenon,
- and, on Man - most importantly.
It is necessary not only to change laws, but also to rebuild the scale of values, the concept of norms and taboos. However, this requires access to the state resources - and it requires power. And here we again find ourselves in a vicious circle: WITHOUT POWER there is no state and resources. With power, we find ourselves constrained and distracted from the main goal. "Where the state ends - look there, my brothers!" - Friedrich Nietzsche reminds us. And perhaps it is in this direction that the exit beyond the old world lies. Those familiar with the history of Russia know: the country has already experienced moments of complete collapse of the state structures and social ties MORE THAN ONCE. This happened before the baptism of Rus, during the Tatar-Mongol invasion, during the Time of Troubles, during the revolution of 1917, in 1991, and again - today. Another round of betrayal and mistakes by those entrusted with power. Once again, Russia faces a challenge: is there any point in arbitrary historical borders in a globalizing world? Kenji Ohmae2, one of the theorists of globalization, argued that from the economic point of view, old borders are losing their meaning. And indeed, this is nothing new for Russia: its borders have collapsed and shifted five times already. K. Ohmae described four global trends (the "four 'i's"):
1. Investments — capital is no longer tied to territory and goes where profitability is higher.
2. Industry — production moves to where resources are most accessible and cheap.
3. Information — knowledge and technology are transferred without physical transportation of specialists.
4. Individual consumers — people all over the world try to buy the best goods at the lowest prices, regardless of the national borders.
Against this background, the role of nation states seems to be reduced to the function of intermediaries, whose necessity is increasingly called into question. Russia HAS ALREADY FOUND ITSELF in similar breakdown points. The question of the fate of Russians arises in connection with the fate of Russia. Professor S. P. Kapitsa introduces the concept of a "global demographic transition", which will be followed by a period of cultural stabilization - globalization. Manuel Castells3 points out: "modern teenagers who grew up in an information environment have more in common with their peers in other countries than with their own parents." In this it is easy to see the future dissolution of Russians, like other peoples of Europe, in the global mass. Russia, with a population of 2% of the world, risks turning into a rootless community of "people of the world" - without a nation, without a homeland, without history. Nowadays, in practice, the concept of the four "i"s is beginning to collapse: Europe is reconsidering multiculturalism, Italy and France are discussing the abolition of the Schengen Agreements, and global flows of capital and information are colliding with national interests. Why? Because in 2011, a new system of global Control of the Earth began to operate — the New Control System (NCS), CHANGING REALITY. The whole world is desperately looking for a way out of the impasse created by the Washington Consensus and the policies of the US Federal Reserve — systems that were not initially designed for such a long-term dominance.
Russia finds itself in the situation where it is difficult for it to fit in:
- the vague concepts of democracy,
- the distorted interpretations of sovereignty,
- the strange phenomena like "humanitarian interventions".
The Russian state is fighting for survival, politically correctly disguising the symptoms of degradation as a fight against corruption, drug mafia, capital flight and oil dependence. In reality, we are talking about a very DEEP CRISIS of trust: The country, acquiring financial capital, is rapidly losing social capital — people's trust in each other. Only 23% of Russians are ready to trust others, while in Sweden, for example, it is 74%. Social disunity has become a threat to national security: Young people DO NOT SEE what to protect and whom to serve. The state is perceived as an alien force. Armies are assembled by force of orders, not by the will of hearts.
The structure of the state ALWAYS REFLECTS the will of the society. When public consciousness changes, the form of the power changes too. The last stages of reforms in Russia — the neoliberal transformations of the late 20th century — eliminated the will of the indigenous peoples as the basis of statehood. The new model, called "liberal democratic", has effectively established the state dictate of the will of the bureaucracy over the will of the people. Thus, the current state: DOES NOT EXPRESS the national will, does not build connections between citizens, imposes violence as the form of existence.
If we carefully analyze the events that have taken place in Russia since the 1980s, much becomes clear. The very fact of the complete dominance of the will of the state over the will of the society, as even modern social scientists admit, is a manifestation of classical fascism in a new, liberal-democratic shell, created at that time and not only in the former USSR, but also in all newly formed states, after its collapse, including Russia. It is in this that the NATURE of the modern state system IS HIDDEN, whose supports have become three forms of social parasitism, brought to the level of programmatic violence: financial fascism, administrative-bureaucratic fascism, national-demographic fascism. These three "pillars" ensure the existence of the new state structure, in which the true will of the people is COMPLETELY DISPLACED by the will of the ruling apparatus. Under the cover of the slogans of liberalism and democracy, the programmatic function of building an organized existence is actually carried out without an active participation of the indigenous peoples of Russia. Classical fascism, as a systemic control, has NOT CHANGED in its essence: its essence is the FORCIBLE IMPOSING of the state will on the society. Only the signs change: slogans imitating freedom and rights, behind which strict control is hidden. Nowadays, fascism acts NOT ONLY as a political regime, but also as a methodological basis for the control - as a technology of the old system, the legacy of which we observe in residual manifestations: in Europe, Ukraine, America, in the global projects of destruction of national identities. The roots of this control model created in its time go back to the work of a special Control Complex known as "Alps-1". The information impact came from it and was oriented towards certain types of brain structures - primarily towards individuals of brain genotype 441, with partial participation of genotype 423. A special role was given to individuals of genotypes 42 and 44, who were programmatically assigned the obligatory functions of parasitism - as a condition of their existence in the controlled world. Parasitism, realized THROUGH VIOLENCE, was becoming a natural state for them. Thus, fascism in the new interpretation turned out to be not so much an ideology as the functional PROGRAM FOR the CONTROLLING executive processes in the society, with the final goal of pre-empting the so-called "Golden Era". By the beginning of the 2000s, within the framework of the old control system, three clearly expressed directions of so-called modern fascism had finally taken shape:
administrative-bureaucratic (control through bureaucracy), financial (control through economic dependence), national-demographic (control through the substitution of identities and the destruction of ethnic foundations). All these phenomena became part of the global stage of preparation for the transition to the new control program - the "Golden Era", which was called upon to replace the old structure of the world control. Each of the three manifested directions of the new control program (within the Old system of the control) - administrative-bureaucratic, financial and national-demographic fascism - formed ADDITIONAL INVISIBLE facets within the structure of the political system of Russia precisely after the events in the nineties of the last century. Thus, to the three branches of power officially enshrined through the Constitution - Legislative, Executive and Judicial - three more HIDDEN FORCES were added: administrative-bureaucratic, financial and national-demographic. Nowadays, in more vivid manifestations, this is happening in Ukraine, America and the so-called "united Europe". These three "invisible facets" acted and still act today in their residual phenomena, independently of the will of the society, determining the real architecture of the control in the countries.
Public power - that which acts before the eyes of the society - is controlled by people. But the hidden power - the INVISIBLE PART OF THE SYSTEM - controls the executive processes of people without taking into account their will and desire. This hidden control is carried out through energy-informational support, affecting the collective consciousness of the society. In this way, the society was integrated into the framework of three directions of new fascism, and the hierarchy of power ceased to be open and turned into the structure of assumptions and subordinations:
- Some are allowed to use violence without regard for the law.
- Others are assigned the role of those who can only timidly remind of their imaginary rights in the "foggy legal field".
As noted earlier, the control of the processes of the old system has been finally eliminated. However, this DOES NOT MEAN automatic salvation of Russia. The true meaning of the changes must manifest itself in something else: in Russia acquiring a NEW HISTORICAL FUNCTION - to become the Leader in saving the entire world. And the signs of this process have already begun to clearly manifest themselves before our eyes. Today, the role of those who have gone through the trials of the special military operation (SMO) is especially significant. These people, who have gone through fire and internal transformation, have received the right and opportunity to actively participate in the formation of the new future. It is they - representatives of Russia, the country of territorial-functional support - who will become the MAIN FORCE on which the fate of all mankind depends, no matter how pathetic this may sound today and no matter what obstacles are put on their way by those who still consider themselves "rulers and arbiters" of our fates. Everything depends on how actively and creatively these people behave in the new world. This is NOT JUST a question of strategy - this is the main conceptual and philosophical question of our time: not only the future of Russia, but also the salvation of human society as the whole depends on their choice. They will have to realize the scale of the ongoing. They - and all of us who accepted the greatest of all possible ideas: THE IDEA OF CONQUERING DEATH.
The experience of the collapse of the USSR and the threat of the repeat of this scenario for Russia revealed a fundamental mistake in the mass consciousness and political elites: the identification of the concepts of Country, State and Homeland.
In fact, these are different psychological and political realities, and it is the nature of their relationship that determines the fate of the society: it leads either to its collapse, or consolidates it into a GREAT POWER. In periods of prosperity, the Country, State and Homeland merge into a single whole, becoming indistinguishable. In times of crisis, they diverge, losing their common interests.
The Country is the highest phenomenon, uniting the State, the Motherland, Production and Money. In the international arena, it is the Country that is the subject of diplomacy, war and peace. As D.S. Likhachev wrote: "The Country is the unity of the people, nature and culture." Only the Country is capable of representing the true interests of its citizens and BEING RESPONSIBLE for their fate. Neither the State, nor the Motherland separately, but EXACTLY the COUNTRY - as their integral unity. Today's calls for patriotism are doomed to failure, because their object is declared to be not the Country, but the State. But the State is only one of the parts. As long as the service to the State is extolled above service to the Country, the youth will shirk service, the population will be indifferent to the symbols of power, emigration will increase, and laws will be violated everywhere. The factor analysis materials that A. I. Yuryev4 once gave me (for which I am immensely grateful to him to this day) indicated the cause of the Country's crisis in the "divergence" of its constituent factors: the State, the Homeland, Production and Money. The rest of the factors are subsets of the four listed. In the absence of a crisis in the phenomenon of the Country, all these FOUR FACTORS are, indeed, congruent and give the impression of being synonyms, completely merging (Fig. 1). But on the eve of a social crisis, four subsets begin to crystallize within the "Country" set, which have common interests regulated by the Power in the zone of their intersection. The possibilities of the Power are ALREADY LIMITED. In all other areas, the State, the Homeland, Production and Money are isolated, begin to "work" only for themselves, being inside the country, but in practice they can act not in its interests (Fig. 2)
If the crisis becomes political, then the four subsets of the Country are still in the state of intersection, and limited Power is preserved in the area of this intersection. In this case, the Country is preserved nominally, since it CANNOT prevent the State, Homeland, Production, and Money from going beyond its borders, because the Country is the border between these subsets and the outside world. But while the State, Homeland, Production and Money retain some community of interests in the area of their intersection, they allow the existence of Power to regulate their relations in this area under the name of the Country (Fig. 3).
When the crisis becomes economic, the subsets of the Country "run away" so far that they pass into relations of only touch each other. In this case, Power is preserved, but only at the POINTS OF THE TOUCH of the State, Homeland, Production, and Money. Its functions are limited to regulating private issues in relations between them and, perhaps, at points of looming touch of the subsets with structures of other countries (Fig. 4).
In case of the total crisis, which is that mystical Collapse and disintegration of Russia, the subsets of the virtual Country: State, Homeland, Production and
Money "scatter" until even their contact with each other disappears. Only in this case the Country ceases to exist, because Power, which is possible only at the intersection points of its four subsets, completely disappears. This is the case when K. Ohmae's FOUR "I's" in the world without borders for flows of information, money, masses of people, and moving industries, make the existence of Power, and with it the Country, unnecessary. Each subset of the Country begins to live only for itself and only according to its own Laws (Fig. 5). True, this does not last long, because there are enough forces around that are capable of stopping the centrifugal forces of dispersal and including them in the system of their Countries. (Fig. 5.)
Each subset of the Country BEGINS TO LIVE only for itself and only by its own Laws. It is an absolute illusion that the State, the Motherland, Production and Money can exist in the world independently without each other, without their Country and Power. They turn into the Kolobok from the fairy tale, which is hunted outside the borders of its Country. The State switches to manual control mode. The results of the factor analysis gave unexpected results, especially since such stages of the life and death of the Country ARE NOT CONSIDERED in traditional science. It should be noted that when discussing the problem of collapse, the decisive importance for the preservation of the Country the MOTHERLAND FACTOR is hushed up, which is COMPLETELY REMOVED from political science and the political thesaurus5. And Money is given a completely independent meaning, a dominant character, as if it is not it that serves the State, the Motherland and Production, but they serve it. However, financial wars are only just beginning to flare up, despite the fact that everyone supposedly observes the ten commandments of the Washington Consensus. And Production is pushed out of politics as something that may or may not exist; under the pretext that one can live at the expense of Production in other countries. And trade wars are becoming increasingly fierce, the participants in the consensus, under various pretexts, control the flow of goods across their borders. The collapse of the USSR and the current situation in Russia have revealed one important experimental fact: The Country is NOT a MONOLITH, but a multitude consisting of interconnected but different subsets: the Motherland, the State, Production and Money. It is the nature of the interaction of these FOUR FACTORS that determines the stability or disintegration of the Country.
The Motherland is a key concept for understanding the structure of the Country. In the dictionary of S. I. Ozhegov, the Motherland is interpreted as a synonym for the Fatherland, native land. In V. I. Dahl, the word "the Motherland" is associated with the roots "to give birth", "relatives" - and only ONE LINE is devoted to it. For comparison: the word "Rod" (genus) in the same dictionary is given TWO WHOLE PAGES. In political and philosophical dictionaries in Russian, the concept of the Motherland is completely absent. In the Russian politics, there is no theoretical basis for understanding the Motherland as an independent reality. Meanwhile, in the anthems of all competitive countries of the world, their national idea begins with the word "land" - an analogue of the Russian "Rodina" (Motherland). The Motherland is NOT A METAPHOR. The Motherland is a material native land and a spiritual space of human connections, without which a full-fledged society does not exist. It is the highest value for the people, a source of strength, meaning and purpose in life. The native land unites the efforts and feats of generations in art, literature, architecture, science, on the battlefield. Neither the State nor Money, but the Motherland becomes WHAT IS DEFENDED to the last drop of blood.
Historical eras replace each other, governments collapse and revive, but the Motherland remains eternal.
In modern Russia, the concept of the Motherland has practically disappeared from scientific circulation and collective consciousness. Only in old memoirs can one find living evidence of what this means for the human soul.
In 1762, returning home after long campaigns, Officer Andrei Bolotov wrote: “Now I can in no way depict that sweet delight in which my whole soul was when approaching our home. Ah! How my heart leaped and trembled with joy and pleasure when I suddenly saw before me those tall birch groves surrounding our village...” This genuine connection with the Motherland is a feeling that gives a person not just a place on earth, but the root of his essence. You and I, in the broad sense of the word - Russians, are often DEPRIVED OF the FEELING of the Homeland: hence the mass emigration ("brain drain", flight of qualified personnel, evacuation of the business elite) - hence the feeling of humiliation, rudeness and danger in our native land, hence the self-destruction of the society. THE REASON IS SIMPLE: The Motherland has been replaced by the State. The State has become the system of the control without a living connection with the native land and people.
When the fascists stood at Moscow in 1941, Stalin was forced to change the ideological formula: the concept of "PATRIOTIC WAR" was introduced, and the words "FOR THE MOTHERLAND!" were added to the battle cry. This was the moment when the war went into reverse.
When it comes to the Motherland, the forces awaken that cannot be awakened by calls to serve the abstract State.
Today, when the SMO is underway, we are again faced with the same need: to return to the understanding of the Motherland as the HIGHEST VALUE, as the foundation of the people's existence. Only through the revival of the Motherland can we restore the destroyed public consciousness and begin the great movement to overcome death.
The state is the central institution of power in the society and the concentrated embodiment of political control.
From the political and philosophical point of view, it is a means of organizing a common cause, regulating relations between the government and the people. From the class perspective, the State acts as the OPPRESSION MACHINE: a tool of the ruling class to affirm and maintain its economic and political dominance. From a jurisprudential perspective, it is a source of law and order that organizes public life and the activities of its own structures in the political and legal system. At the level of MASS CONSCIOUSNESS, a dangerous confusion of concepts has occurred: the State has come to be identified with the Motherland in literary terminology. The State has come to be identified with the Country in geographical language. This substitution leads to the DEEPEST DELUSION. The State is a form of the ruling regime, which can be monarchical, communist, anarchic, totalitarian, liberal, or any other. Historically, the State behaves toward the Motherland in the same way as the British Empire toward India, or France toward Algeria. The power of regimes is transient and temporary. But, manipulating consciousness, the "ruling elites" often call for the defense of the State, as if it were the Motherland. In fact, the basis of the stability of the State is not the army or the security forces, but the LEVEL OF SOCIAL CAPITAL. Social capital is: citizens' trust in each other, the presence of common norms and values necessary for the provision of public goods. When trust falls, civil and political society weakens. Civil society is based on the PRINCIPLE OF FREEDOM - free exchange and interaction. Political society is based on the PRINCIPLE OF JUSTICE - the rational distribution of resources and opportunities. And when the State eliminates political society from public life, it destroys its own foundation.
Civil liberties are becoming inaccessible, trust is rapidly declining.
By the early 1990s, social capital in Russia was almost lost: only 23% of Russians were inclined to trust others. This was one of the reasons why in 1991, at the time of the collapse of the USSR, the Motherland DID NOT STAND UP to defend the State. The people silently watched as the flags, the Constitution and the symbols of the once great State were destroyed. The State was left alone with history - DEPRIVED OF PROTECTION, support and the meaning of existence. At that moment, the interests of the State and the Motherland diverged completely: the State had its own laws and Constitution. The Motherland lived by its own unwritten laws based on memory, culture and the natural connection of people. The State began to exist on its own, for itself, outside and independently of the Country and the Motherland. And this can hardly be called correct or safe for the people and civilization.
Production is the basis of the viability of the Country. Despite the importance of high technology and innovation, the most important thing for Production is the workforce — people. However, in modern Russia, a citizen is ALMOST COMPLETELY excluded from the Production system: he has no rights, he does not own the results of his work, and does not influence the production process in any way. The state, through bureaucracy and law enforcement agencies, controls and suppresses any production activity, initiative and enterprise. This is what has led to the almost complete disappearance of effective work in the country. Production is NOT ONLY the creation of material goods. It forms human capital — those people who have the qualities necessary for survival and development in the changing world.
Key qualities of human capital:
- Viability — the ability to continue life in descendants, to lead a meaningful lifestyle despite trials.
- Efficiency — the ability to work beyond one's strength, creating world-class products.
- Learning ability — the ability to master new knowledge and apply it to solve constantly emerging problems.
- The ability to innovate is the ability to create something new without losing faith in oneself and life guidelines. Nowadays, Russia is RAPIDLY LOSING these qualities, sliding to 57th place in the world in terms of human capital. Because of the destruction of human capital, production is declining, massively sabotaged by millions of citizens: there is unorganized sabotage through LOW PRODUCTIVITY, hack work, drunkenness, and absenteeism. The country is faced with a mass refusal to work for "this State" for "this Money" in "such living conditions". This phenomenon is familiar from the USSR: the famous smoke breaks, fake sick leaves, parasitism, shirking work. The remaining islands of industry - rockets, airplanes, defense equipment - are produced in conditions of such costly production that their real cost exceeds the price of the finished product several times. Because of the mass rejection of Production, the Country is forced to exist at the expense of: selling raw materials (oil, timber), stealing loans, exploiting natural resources as the "blood" of the Motherland. Instead of selling the fruits of its mind and hands, Russia sells itself. With the displacement of productive labor, the most severe consequences occur: declining health, growing drug addiction, premature mortality, loss of cultural, economic and educational competitiveness, and these are only SUPERFICIAL CONCLUSIONS. Russia has practically turned from a producing country into a consuming one, unable to feed, protect and develop itself, which, in fact, has become evident today in connection with the introduction of the so-called "sanctions". Today's situation requires an immediate return of Production as the core of development: creating conditions for proactive work, for the reproduction of human capital, for the revival of the country's internal strength. Without the restoration of Production, VICTORY in the global struggle is IMPOSSIBLE and it is impossible to build a world capable of CONQUERING DEATH.
Money is one of the most important achievements of civilization. In its significance, it is on par with such phenomena as the State and the Motherland. Russia's relationship with its own Money over the last century has resembled a cowboy's fight with an unbroken stallion: Money would disappear, become worthless, or be recreated anew. Therefore, Money in the structure of the Country HAS SIGNIFICANCE comparable to power, territory, and population. The economic side of civilization is a set of monetary exchanges. Money is easier to manage than people: monetary relations are formal, they are easily accumulated into capital, its growth and movement do not encounter direct volitional resistance.
Money DOES NOT JUST accompany the economy - it forms the very character of the Country:
- Civil society (the economy) becomes an "organism";
- Political society (ideas) is perceived as a "psyche".
Today, the entire media agenda begins and ends with money:
Currency rates, the state of the markets, discussions of the budget, deficits, deals, profits and losses. At the same time, either government officials or financiers almost NEVER EXPLAIN what Money is and why it rules the world. The main mistake of the society is the LACK OF UNDERSTANDING THE NATURE OF MONEY. People consider money to be something material: a card, a piece of paper, something that can be saved and preserved. But Money is an independent living phenomenon: it obeys its own laws, it belongs only to itself, it multiplies at liberty and escapes at the first opportunity.
When the State weakened, money "ran away" just like wild animals leave destroyed cages. Money has its own philosophy. Balzac wrote: "A bank is a place where kings are weighed, the value of nations is measured, and where even God keeps track of his income." Sergei Moskovich pointed out: "Money is not just a form of capital or a market. They are an independent reality, subject to its own laws." Georg Simmel added: "Evaluation is a genuine psychological event. Money permeates all human relationships, connecting them into a single fabric of reality."
Money in the Country plays the role of blood: it connects the subsets of the Country - the State, the Homeland, and Production - into a SINGLE WHOLE. They ensure the circulation of resources, energy, opportunities. Without a stable monetary system, neither the development of Production, nor the maintenance of the Homeland, nor the functioning of the State are possible.
Power appears only in the space of the Country - where the Homeland, the State, Production and Money intersect or FULLY COMBINE. It is at this intersection that a force arises that is capable of regulating their relations. The wider and deeper the zone of their mutual intersection - the stronger the Power. No intersection - no Country, no Power. Nowadays in Russia, as in other countries, we are witnessing the process of these subsets dispersing: the Motherland is breaking away from the State, Production is leaving the territory of the Country, Money is losing its connection with the real economy. To stop the crisis, it is NECESSARY to RETURN these elements inside the Country, to ensure their interaction and to create conditions for their organic intersection. This is the only way to restore the Power recognized by all. WITHOUT this, neither uniform Laws nor political decisions WILL HAVE force. All attempts to impose laws separately on the Motherland, separately on Production or separately on Money are doomed to failure. Laws created WITHOUT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT the intersection of interests of all four subsets WILL BE SABOTAGED by the society at an unconscious level. The people will always find the way to bypass such laws - this is exactly what is happening in Russia today.
Real political work is not about the struggle for power, but about DESIGNING NEW mechanisms of Power for the Country: in mechanisms that unite the Motherland, the State, Production and Money, in the laws that take into account the common nature of the interests of all parts of society. Political parties and social movements MUST BECOME research institutes working on the creation of these mechanisms. Otherwise, if they are focused only on electoral technologies and the struggle for administrative resources, they will lose all meaning.
Today there is a fundamental question: either political forces will begin to fulfill their true function - to design a holistic system for unifying the Country, or Russia will disappear from the political map of the world. Without restoring the intersection of interests of the Motherland, the State, Production and Money, not only will there be no Great Russia - there WILL BE NO Russia. This is what the information "efforts" within the New Control System are aimed at today. That is why (without any pathos) today the World has entered the era of the final choice. There is no longer any room for delay: humanity faces the task of either building a new order of existence based on VICTORY OVER DEATH, or finally dissolving in the chaos of disintegration. The country is not a geographical space or an administrative mechanism.
The country is the SACRED UNITY of the Motherland, the State, Production and Money, united into a holistic system in which true Power is born - an expression of the general will of the people. Today we stand on the border of eras: where the destruction of the Country will lead to the disappearance of Russia as a civilization entity, and the revival of the true structure of the Country will open the way to a new world - the WORLD of KNOWLEDGE, responsibility and immortal striving for the highest goal that you and I have defined. The goal above which there is nothing for Man - VICTORY OVER DEATH.
The creation of a new state capable of expressing and implementing the IDEA OF VICTORY OVER DEATH requires from us an unmistakable choice of paths.
These paths can no longer be a mechanical repetition of old models - they must become the result of the conscious creation of a new reality. This is a historical challenge. The answer to it depends on those who are ready to see beyond the immediate, to feel deeper than the superficial and to act not for the sake of power, but for the sake of this global idea. Victory over death begins with victory over the disintegration of the Country. And only through this overcoming will the gates to a new era of human existence open. This is the invisible fabric of our existence. I have tried to make this fabric visible... You be the judge.
