The modern man — the last statistical representative of humankind — goes to school, earns a diploma, climbs the professional ladder, yet remains IGNORANT of the most essential truth: why and for what purpose he exists. He has no understanding of the meaning of his life, the origin of his body, or the purpose of his consciousness. He knows nothing of the Mind that gave him his path. He does not know WHERE HE CAME FROM, does not understand WHY HE LIVES, and does not even suspect WHERE HE IS HEADED. Instead, he is entangled in the illusions of political doctrines, ideologies of survival, and technologies of consumption. 
All this forms a COMPLEX IGNORANCE that we have even learned to disguise as education: we award degrees and call scientists those who have NEVER ANSWERED any of these fundamental questions. Thus arose the great hierarchy of brilliant ignorance, built not upon wisdom rather upon the extraction of momentary gain. We have subordinated everything — school, science, culture, politics — not to the pursuit of truth, rather to a fleeting, profitable DISTORTION OF REALITY that destroys Man from within, leaving him helpless before aging, illness, and death.
Why did I decide to clarify this particular subject? Because WITHOUT UNDERSTANDING the origin of the planet itself — its energy-informational foundations and the true purpose of Man — no step toward healing, nor any step toward VICTORY OVER DEATH is possible. This is not merely a historical reference or a hypothesis about the past, rather it is a key to understanding the present. Everything we now call illness, aging, or “natural” limitations is MERELY THE CONSEQUENCE of losing the original connection with the control programs that were originally imposed on Earth and Humanity as parts of a SINGLE, INTEGRATED construct of the Mind. Without knowing HOW AND WHO created, implemented and maintained intelligent life on the planet, it is impossible to understand why we are here, the meaning of what is happening, and how to restore our alignment with what is called the MIND OF THE EARTH. That is why I believe it is essential to begin not with the consequences, rather with the SOURCE. Without this point of reference, New Knowledge DOES NOT BECOME knowledge, and the Goal DOES NOT BECOME attainable. Only by examining the foundation can we see what was distorted, by whom — and how it can be restored. Only then does the path toward Victory over Death cease to be a metaphor and become a real task.
To conquer death — one MUST UNDERSTAND what it is. To stop aging — one MUST KNOW where it came from. However, to do both, we must return to the very BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING. Not to the illusory “Big Bang,” not to the myth of “natural selection,” nor to the image of man molded from dust, rather to the REAL SCENARIO of the planet’s emergence — its programmatic foundations, and by whom and how Humanity was manifested into the model space of Earth. Everything that is today called illness, aging, and death IS NOT an inherent attribute of life. It is an EMBEDDED MALFUNCTION, the result of ignorance, programmatic substitution, and the seizure of controlling processes that occurred long before the rise of known civilizations. To escape this closed cycle, it is not enough to improve medicine, extend biological time, or invent another “scientific” theory. We MUST EXPOSE the root of the lie. We must understand where Humanity came from, what its true role is within the evolving Mind of the planet, why Earth itself underwent a PATH OF FORMATION through guidance and control, and WHO INTERFERED to bend that path toward a parasitic dead end.
We age because "that's the way it's designed" and because we DO NOT PARTICIPATE in our own governance. We die not from physical wear, but because we are DISCONNECTED FROM THE VECTOR of Intelligent orientation, from our true purpose within the program of the civilization’s cosmic development. And to understand this, we MUST START from the very beginning: from the origin of Earth, from the prehistory of life, from the true distinction between Man and animal, from the moment when the first strategy was imposed... and from the point when everything was intercepted, distorted, and replaced. And this knowledge not only reveals the truth about the past. It OPENS THE DOOR to Victory over death — in the broadest sense of this understanding.
In order for the vast cosmic processes of control and intelligent development to unfold on Earth and within Man, the planet itself must be structured in a SPECIFIC WAY. Everything that happens here is not a random chain of events, rather it is part of a unified design in which every element has its place and purpose. As a living system, the planet must possess two FUNDAMENTAL CAPABILITIES. First, to create and maintain the conditions for the emergence of life — not by chance, rather according to a strictly defined program where the form, type, and direction of living matter’s development are subordinated to meaning and purpose. Second, to guide the further evolution of life — leading civilization, flora, and fauna along the path of GRADUAL PERFECTION OF FORMS, creating increasingly harmonious and intelligent structures from living matter. For this to be possible, a special CONTROL SYSTEM of the planet is required — one intrinsically connected to Earth and ensuring the proper execution of all programs. This system is not accidental, for in nature there is no room for randomness: even the smallest being arises only through precise control and alignment with the GENERAL DESIGN. This is how a System of Purposeful Control is formed, which supports and directs all processes—from the emergence of new life forms to the development of civilization and its consciousness. This system IMPROVES ITSELF, moving from one level of organization to the next, along with the development of the planet and humanity.
The process of civilizational growth of living matter is a continuous movement from simple forms toward more complex, meaningful, and intelligent ones. It is a path where life, adapting to changing conditions, gradually develops the ability to perceive, retain, and transmit accumulated information. 
This path is called INTELLIGENT ORIENTATION — when all living things do not merely exist, they evolve toward consciousness, knowledge, and purposeful development. Life on Earth evolves along two directions: INTELLIGENT AND UNINTELLIGENT. The unintelligent is the raw force of nature — pure biological survival. The Intelligent is conscious participation in planetary evolution, integration into the universal process of cognition. From this it follows that Earth itself also possesses Intelligence — not in a metaphorical rather in a literal sense. This planetary Intelligence is part of its ENERGY-INFORMATIONAL STRUCTURE — a distinct element that governs, coordinates, and directs everything that occurs. It has nothing in common with mythical “deities” or human images of gods. This is NOT A RELIGIOUS concept, rather a concrete structure within the universal system of being. Understanding the planetary Mind and how the Mind operates in general is possible only by relying on the works of N. Levashov, A. Khatybov, A. Luchin, B. Makov, and other Russian scientists, which have become accessible today. Without this fundamental knowledge, it is IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPREHEND how INTELLIGENT DEVELOPMENT operates — not only within the planet or humanity, but also across higher levels of existence.
If everything said above — about the Mind of the planet, the purposeful governance of life, and the programmed evolution — is NOT CONSIDERED, and humanity continues to seek truth “the old way,” relying only on familiar philosophical or religious ideas, grounded in materialism or theological myths, then a CONSCIOUS UNDERSTANDING of civilization’s true development will remain unattainable. And even more impossible will be conscious participation in that development. The current stage of Earth’s evolution demands from humanity a NEW LEVEL of awareness and a new mode of involvement in what is unfolding. People can no longer remain passive observers, living by inertia. Humanity MUST FIND its active purpose and harmonize its own Mind with the Mind of the planet — there is no other path. THIS IS THE FOUNDATION embedded in the model of planetary existence. Thus, we approach a crucial, long- hidden and MISUNDERSTOOD PHENOMENON — the interconnection between the Mind of Earth and the Mind of Man. This is not just a poetic image, rather it is a concrete reality that we MUST UNDERSTAND. Naturally, questions arise: What is the Mind of Man and the Mind of the planet? Why is it so important to realize their existence now? How does this knowledge affect our perception and the formation of FUTURE TECHNOLOGIES — especially in the realms of energy and matter? Such questions have NEVER BEEN RAISED before. It is time to reconsider our very approach to knowledge. To BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND the essence of the Mind, it is useful to look back at how it was interpreted in past centuries. In the scientific thought of the recent past, Mind was understood as a rather VAGUE PHENOMENON — supposedly the HIGHEST FORM of human thinking, the ability to logically analyze, understand the connections between phenomena, and construct an understanding of the laws of the world. However, in reality, this description is only a PARTICULAR CHARACTERISTIC of some of the brain's external functions, and a very provisional one at that. Almost NOTHING WAS SAID about the inner essence of the Mind and its true construction. It is understandable why humanity remained confined to such views — philosophy of the past HAD NO access to higher levels of cognition. Yet what is most revealing is that the very idea of a planetary Mind was completely absent. It was assumed that Mind was solely a product of the human body — the “highest function of the brain.”
Some thinkers of the 20th century introduced the idea of a DUAL NATURE of Mind — one external and earthly, the other internal and spiritual. They spoke of a kind of “spiritual core” that connects human beings with a Creator. However, this “core” was described very vaguely, mostly through symbolic images borrowed from religion — anthropomorphic depictions, portraits, or sculptural analogies, each with different names across various faiths. Yet what if Mind is not an abstract “divine quality” at all, rather a very SPECIFIC CONSTRUCTIVE system possessing physical parameters unknown to modern science — parameters that shape the functions of the brain according to its genotype? Such a hypothesis is logical — yet modern science has NOT YET REACHED the point of viewing Mind as a structured system with clear architecture, programming, and purpose. To understand more deeply what Mind truly is — both the Mind of the planet and of the human being — it is useful to turn to how earlier thinkers tried to describe it. And here it becomes clear: traditional philosophy, despite its authority and sophistication, NEVER PROVIDED humanity with a clear understanding of the essence of Mind. The philosophy of antiquity and later eras regarded Mind as “the highest intellectual capacity,” associated with analysis, abstraction, and logic. In Greek thought appeared the term νοῦς (“nous,” meaning intellect or mind), and in Latin — ratio or intellectus, closer to “understanding.” Yet all these definitions remained EXTREMELY VAGUE.
In this understanding, Mind is the ability of the psyche to adapt, learn, generalize experience, and apply knowledge. Some philosophers, such as Kant and Hegel, distinguished between intellect and Mind, attributing to the latter the ABILITY TO COMPREHEND the very essence of things, to hold contradictions within itself, and to transcend the limits of formal logic. Yet even these subtle frameworks did NOT BRING humanity any closer to a practical understanding of Mind as a structure or as a controllable process. And today, centuries later, it is evident that philosophy has STILL FAILED to offer a functional model of Mind. Attempts to comprehend it continue; however, they still revolve within the realm of abstract categories and symbolic notions. Mind remains a concept that is often used, yet NOT REVEALED. We can “sing” around it endlessly; however, without knowledge of its constructive, ENERGY-INFORMATIONAL NATURE, it all remains merely “a song without a melody.”
However, in our time, the first genuine attempts have emerged to radically reconsider the concept of Mind. Some contemporary thinkers have begun to clearly distinguish between INTELLECT AND MIND. The intellect is an instrument for analyzing current events, while the Mind is the capacity to go beyond the present — to create new levels of thought, systems, and meaning. This marks a step forward, yet it still DOES NOT CAPTURE the essence. For Mind is NOT MERELY the ability to “think abstractly.” It is an energy-informational structure, embedded within the brain and interacting with the planetary control system. Without this understanding, we return once again to relativism and half- measures.
The Earth will not forgive stagnation. The evolving MIND OF THE PLANET is moving forward. If humanity does not come into resonance with this movement, it WILL BE DISCARDED. Alexander Khatybov spoke about this directly, emphasizing that throughout its entire existence, science has FAILED to provide a precise definition of Mind. Its functions have been described, its states classified — yet the essence of Mind remains empty. It is astonishing, yet true: scientists speak of Mind WITHOUT KNOWING what it truly is. This must be understood. Without it, it is impossible to create NEW FORMS of communication, coexistence, and conscious evolution. We must define WHAT MIND IS — not as an abstraction, rather as a real system connected to the psyche, the body, thought, and the Earth itself.
Today we are surrounded by digital streams, social pressure, fear, and isolation. And precisely now the question arises: who are we? If we FAIL TO UNDERSTAND what Mind truly is, we will remain at the level of biological programs — reacting to the external world yet INCAPABLE of transforming it. We must realize that Mind is the foundation of discernment between truth and illusion. 
This means we must cast aside both religious and materialist dogmas and REDEFINE MIND as an energy-informational structure embedded within the brain, connected to the type of thinking and to the Human Being’s purpose within the planetary structure of Mind.
At the current stage of Humanity’s development, understanding what Mind truly is has become not merely a scientific curiosity, rather a vital STRATEGIC TASK, upon which the very possibility of continuing civilizational progress depends. Mind now serves as a kind of identifier of consciousness maturity, a criterion of readiness to move beyond the closed loop of the technogenic and consumerist dead end. Its genuine comprehension determines whether a person can transition to ANOTHER STATE of existence — one that is conscious, aligned with the rhythms of the planet, free from parasitic constructs, and guided from within. Awareness of Mind is both a trial and a threshold — and at the same time, an opportunity. Once this boundary is crossed, a person gains access to the next phase of evolution: the ability to make independent yet PROGRAMMATICALLY PRECISE decisions, to develop new functions of the brain, to reach levels of energy-informational perception, and to participate in shaping the future — not as a victim, rather as a creator.
As we move closer to understanding the foundations of INTELLIGENT ORIENTATION, as not an abstract idea, rather as a concrete, structural, energy-informational system, humanity gains the chance to acquire the qualities necessary for the next stage of evolution: clarity of perception, expanded consciousness, stable mental balance, and the ability to consciously participate in governance. This is not a “spiritual path” in the traditional religious sense, rather it is a NEW FORMAT of civilizational thinking in which the Earth itself is viewed as an intelligent entity and the human being as its active element. The restoration of systemic conditions freed from DISTORTED CONTROL IMPOSITIONS allows not merely survival rather the rewriting of the goals of existence — a return to the constructive alignment with higher orders of Mind. Yet before speaking of the future, we must RE-EXAMINE THE PAST. And the one presented in textbooks or politicized chronicles, for history as it exists today is a scenario written for control, NOT FOR understanding. It is a collection of revised, rewritten, and simplified versions designed to prevent awakening and CONCEAL TRUTH. Therefore, before all of us (and these are not high-sounding words) lies the necessity to BEGIN OUR OWN INVESTIGATION of the Origin — not through academic historiography, rather through an informational-intellectual view of reality. We must ask a key question: Is the path along which Earth and humanity now move the one originally intended? Or was there another vector — another strategy of civilizational formation — that was intercepted, distorted, and hidden? Today this question is no longer a philosophical metaphor; it has become a CONDITION OF TRANSITION. Moreover, even part of the scientific community — albeit cautiously and fragmentarily — has begun to recognize that the old paradigm has exhausted itself. A demand for a New Vector is ripening. There already exist SPECIFIC CONCEPTS that not only challenge the “official” version of events, they also offer a NEW LEVEL of holistic understanding — among them the works of N. Levashov, A. Khatybov, A. Luchin, B. Makov, and research groups working in such fields as “Physics of Energies,” “Physics of the Brain,” “Physics of the Human Cell,” and “Informational Models of the Universe.”
Among the KEY WORKS without which it is impossible to comprehend the depth of what is unfolding, the following should be especially emphasized:
- “The Last Appeal to Humanity” (N. Levashov),
- “The Foundations of the Formation of Humanity, Parts 1–4” (group of authors),
- “The Constructive Theory of Everything” (B. Makov), as well as the books and articles of A. Khatybov. These works reveal an INTEGRAL MODEL of existence in which Mind is not an allegory, not metaphysics, and not a religious symbol, rather a real, governed, and evolving system that includes the human being, the brain, and the Earth itself AS A CARRIER of programmatic purposefulness.
It is precisely this new awareness that allows us to move forward — not along the line of endless survival, rather toward the VICTORY OVER DEATH as the ultimate resolution of a misaligned control system. For the truth about the past is NOT THE PAST. It is the key to the present and to the future awaiting the return of meaning.
Understanding the nature of Mind, as we now see, brings us to a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT level of perception of reality and compels us to reconsider even the very structure of human history. A crucial fact, long and carefully concealed, is revealed to us: the current STRATEGIC DIRECTION of civilizational development is not the first in the history of Earth and Humanity.
Without delving into too complex details about the origins of humanity and the control systems that governed its development, we can say the following: our current goal orientation, which presupposes the Intelligent Path, is already the SECOND ATTEMPT, and it did not arise by chance. The FIRST PHASE of preparation for the great civilizational shift lasted almost one and a half million years. It was a long, precisely managed stage of forming the conditions necessary for the unfolding of the first strategic Goal Vector. There WAS NO room for randomness in this process, no matter how hard old science tried to present chaos as the foundation of the universe, hiding behind philosophical incantations like “the struggle of opposites” or “natural selection.” The truth, however, lies much deeper: everything that occurred on Earth was part of PURPOSEFUL CONTROL, built not on chaos, rather on harmony, on the precise interaction of the planet's informational, energetic, and natural components. This is exactly what the old science NEVER KNEW or could acknowledge, which is why it resorted to illusory explanations of the material world — devoid of understanding its Intelligent foundation.
The first strategy, implemented about 20,000 years ago, was indeed centered on the Human Being as a CONSCIOUS BEING capable of participating in the Intelligent unfolding of life. Humanity entered a phase of direct, active participation — in harmony with nature and the planet’s cosmophysical orientation. However, this course did not last long — only about two thousand years. It was VIOLENTLY INTERRUPTED, and the interference came from outside.
Around 18,000 years ago began the SECOND PHASE — a strategy of parasitic control introduced by the so-called EBR System. This was an orientation ALIEN to the Earth’s program, aimed not at development rather at domination, subjugation, and fragmentation. Instead of harmonious coexistence with nature, humanity WAS PLUNGED into a path of limited Intelligent orientation — with a lowered level of consciousness, an imposed value system, and artificial social structures. The goal became the satisfaction of ever-growing material and domestic needs, while the foundation shifted to violence, exploitation, and degradation. This path was ACCOMPANIED BY THE PROLIFERATION of parasitic social structures — from clan and tribal violence to the modern destructive post-democracy in which a minority rules over the majority, and Reason is replaced by borrowed surrogates: information without awareness, knowledge without wisdom, power without responsibility. All of this is — THE RESULT OF A SHIFT in the strategy of civilization. The first was aligned with the Mind of the planet. The second was IMPOSED FROM OUTSIDE, with the intent to invert the meaning of existence itself. This knowledge brings us to a vital realization: we live within the field of the second, IMPOSED GOAL VECTOR; however, we have reached the point of its completion. And that means the time has come to emerge from oblivion, to restore what was lost, and to return to the original program of the Intelligent civilizational path.
Paradoxically, it is the current generations of humanity that have been granted the EXCEPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY to live through one of the most crucial stages in the entire chronicle of the planet. We are inside a pivotal event — a key transition that will forever alter not only the course of human development but also the very destiny of Earth as an intelligent system. This epochal turning point, connected with the renewal of the civilization’s developmental strategy, occurred not in theory rather at a SPECIFIC MOMENT in time: on 8 July 2021, from 01:15 to 04:15 Moscow time. At that moment, the Planetary Control System initiated a transition to a new — THIRD — STRATEGY Goal Vector, marking the beginning of a fundamentally new stage. What does this mean? The evolutionary course of Humanity and Earth has been OFFICIALLY SHIFTED from the previous parasitic path to a vector of harmonious unity between Human and Nature, toward the restoration of the natural, purposeful structure of existence, where the human Mind and the Mind of the planet work IN A SINGLE RHYTHM. This signifies not only the revival of the Intelligent civilizational path but also the purification of the planet from everything that has mutated, become distorted, or lost its meaning within the framework of the NEW COSMIC PROGRAM. Humanity is once again regaining its higher functional purpose — not merely to consume resources or struggle for survival, rather to BECOME THE GUARDIAN of the planet, the protector of all living things, and a conscious participant in the process of Intelligent evolution. In other words, the new strategy initiates the THIRD PHASE: the return of Humanity to its true role — as an embodiment of the Earth’s Mind. A discrete transition is now taking place to NEW LEVELS OF CONSCIOUSNESS, perception, and the ability to govern through holistic understanding. This is not philosophy — it is a fact of cosmic magnitude, the beginning of a long-term scenario that will define the vector of the future for centuries to come.
We have reached the end of the first part of a great conversation — yet not the end of the topic. This article is only the initial step in comprehending what I have called the “Protocol of the Beginning.” Within this series of writings lies the INITIAL POINT of reference, without which it is impossible to move forward — neither in understanding the world, nor in revealing the essence of Man, nor in grasping the purpose for which we live. Together, we will see that the current reality in which Humanity exists — IS NOT “natural,” rather it is THE CONSEQUENCE of intervention, interception, and substitution. 
To emerge from this condition, it is not enough merely to criticize the symptoms — we must uncover the very cause, rooted in the fundamental levels of the structure of the Universe.
We are speaking of the Mind of the planet and the Mind of Man — not as a metaphor, rather as REAL STRUCTURES that can be studied, developed, and aligned with. We will come to understand that Earth is not a mere sphere of rock, rather it is an ENERGY- INFORMATIONAL SYSTEM with its own control, purpose, and logic. And that Man is not an accidental product of evolution, rather an INTEGRATED BEING — with an assignment, a task, and a destiny inseparable from the flow of planetary And if all this still sounds “unfamiliar,” “unconventional,” or “unscientific” to someone, then it is time to admit that both tradition and science, in their current forms, HAVE FAILED. They have not answered a single fundamental question: who we are, why we live, and why we die. The answers lie beyond the old systems, beyond conventional thinking, beyond learned dogmas. And now, as the Planet itself has shifted its vector and entered a new phase, Humanity must do the same — otherwise, it will BE LEFT BEHIND the evolutionary event that is already unfolding.
This article, as I have already mentioned, opens the series. In the following parts, step by step, we will examine:
- how the original system of civilization management was structured;
- what the human energy-informational shells are;
- how brain genotypes are formed;
- why and in what way the control system was intercepted;
- and finally, what must be done to escape the trap of aging, degradation, and death.
We will go further — from foundational levels to the stages of specific transformation. We will analyze how to restore lost functions, how to realign with the Vector of Intelligent Orientation, and what it truly means to live without death, without illness, without fear — not in utopia, rather in a world governed and harmonized with Reason.
