What only recently seemed like fantasy is today becoming commonplace. And it is not about technology as such, rather about the accelerated reformatting of reality itself — informational, social, material, and, most importantly, human. More and more often we encounter NOT JUST changes, but signs of an accomplished transition into a completely different phase of being. And if we continue to look at what is happening through the eyes of the old world, we will GET NOTHING other than fear, confusion, and voluntary submission to the new “elites.” Because what was imposed by the old Control System — in the person of those who used to rule, manipulate, structure and enslave — has not disappeared. IT MUTATED, strengthened, recoded itself into technological and bio-informational algorithms, striving to bring to a logical conclusion its main project — the creation of a HYPER- CONTROLLED SOCIETY in which the notions of freedom, dignity, and even the Human Essence itself will become redundant, unnecessary, and eventually forbidden. We have already entered an era where power no longer needs to explain itself. It BECOMES OMNIPRESENT, invisible, and embedded into the very fabric of everyday life. And all this is not an abstraction, rather it is the result of deliberate actions, shaped long ago in the depths of the Old System — in projects of BRAIN GENOTYPE MODIFICATION, in experimental reprogramming of “human material,” in building global energy-informational control over the biomass. This article is the logical continuation of my previous works. Yet at the same time, it reveals NEW LAYERS of understanding of what has happened, what is happening, and why. Here we approach the threshold of events that will radically change not only the structure of power and social life, it will change the very MODE OF Human EXISTENCE in the world. And perhaps — its very definition.
There have always been those who ruled and those who were ruled. There were always those who imposed their will on others, reveling in the fruits of their omnipotence, convinced of the inevitability of such an order of things. 
The INSTINCT OF LUST FOR POWER, the oldest engine of all historical processes — as an integral part of the formed structure of the old control system, turned out to be the most powerful impulse of technological and political “progress,” if by the latter we mean NOT DEVELOPMENT as an increase of meaning, rather only the complication of forms of violence. The struggle for power, for monopoly over the CONTROL OF REALITY, accompanied humanity in its puppet-like movement from one iz(s)tory script to another, masking itself as religions, ideologies, states, and corporate schemes. Over time, this struggle became INCREASINGLY SOPHISTICATED, acquiring a “CIVILIZED” FACADE, yet its essence remained the same: to suppress, to subjugate, to exploit, or to eliminate. This instinct “to reign and rule” was embedded into the very structure of civilization, built on a false goal, where the advantage of life was ensured not by the depth of Reason, rather by cunning calculation, cruelty, and the capacity for destruction. In such a paradigm, REASON FUNCTIONED not as a means of seeking Truth, rather as a tool of calculation, as a weapon in the struggle for dominance. Power was NOT A TASK of creation, rather it was a REWARD FOR THE PREDATOR who caught its prey. And that is precisely why, despite all the attempts of humanoid beings to overcome their limitations, the overwhelming majority of people never risked entering this game seriously. They could dream of power, yet they were not ready to pass through its real gates — where the stakes are not just life, but INNER BEING, soul and identity itself.
This painful centuries-long picture is quite explainable if we understand that during all this time the old System had no other strategic goal than the deployment of a program of violent and STAGED DEVELOPMENT of brain genotypes. It was precisely toward this that all the dramatic, unbearably cruel, deliberately BLOODY PROCESSES of the last century were directed, completing a global cycle lasting millennia. Their true content was not the struggle of nations, not ideological confrontations, not the striving for justice, it was exclusively the cultivation of a specific brain structure — a brain interface capable of coupling with an ALIEN INTELLIGENT structure, which is the core of the interventionist System. And therefore, if we try to look back and ask ourselves the question — who was man 18,000 years ago? — we will NOT RECEIVE an answer. Not because iz(s)tory hid it, but because our current LEVEL OF PERCEPTION, embedded within the frameworks of misunderstanding, is unable to contain the whole. Yes, one can describe the lost qualities of our Ancestors, one can guess at the scale of their essential wholeness and the strength of their Mind. Yet alas, any words will be only a paleontology of memory, a lexicon of a ruined world. To truly understand this is possible only from within, on another level. And for this an inner work is required, deep and uncompromising. And the key factor in this work IS THE GENOTYPE — the very code to which a person belongs. And which today determines not only one’s functionality, but also the limits of the horizon of perception, the scale of possible awakening, the ability to step onto the path of VICTORY OVER DEATH.
Humans — in their true, multidimensional, and intelligent meaning — was not needed by the ebr.1 What they required was only a carrier, a shell, a technological construction of the body, a “shirt” of a certain genotype — digestible, controllable, outwardly humanoid, yet fully subordinated to the programmatic core of their System. 
They did not need a human being, but a FORMAT OF A BIOLOGICAL INTERFACE into which they could embed their model of thinking — a spider’s Brain, synthesized for the needs of quasi-living control. The entire “poultry farm of people,” deployed within the framework of the planetary experiment, had one task: to create the conditions for deciphering and subsequently appropriating the secret of the living cell, the UNLOCKING OF THE MECHANICS of its life and death. However, that is already the past. The aforementioned plans did not come to fruition.
The genotype and body of a Human are like a car. You won't get far on a bad one. And to transfer an alien mind, to interface with their architecture, a perfect design WAS NEEDED — strong, symmetrical, universal. Outwardly, the human body is indeed symmetrical: the axis of balance runs through the center, dividing the flesh into two mirror halves. However, once you look inside — the symmetry disappears. Something was altered. Once, a person had two hearts, two synchronous centers of power, and many paired organs. Now it's one heart, one liver, and many asymmetries. All this is the result of the long-term intervention of the ebr, implemented through their Control System. The paired nature of organs was the key to inner balance, to true regeneration, to longevity and the absence of disease. There were no diseases at all. For disease is not a “random accident of nature,” but a failure in energy-biogenesis, caused by the DESTRUCTION OF THE ORIGINAL WHOLENESS of the body and brain’s design. And it is precisely the restoration of this wholeness that today becomes the main task, because it is the vector of VICTORY OVER DEATH — not as an abstract philosophical category, rather as a concrete task of “engineering” reconstruction of man. And now — for the first time, after millennia, we suddenly learn about this. We read the works of A. Khatybov and N. Levashov, we learn about brain genotypes, about Essence, about the inner structure of Man. For the first time we begin to ask ourselves: “Which genotype do I belong to? What does this mean? How can I realize this? And most importantly — what do I do with it now?” These questions both frighten and attract. They shatter the FALSE PICTURE of the world, and open the path to freedom. And one should not perceive the notion of genotype as a verdict or an insult. It is NOT A LABEL. It is a reflection of the centuries-long, cruel, yet real history of our formation as a product of programmed evolution, managed by an alien system. ALL OF US are the result of the Control System’s work. And the first step to liberation — is to acknowledge this. With humor and dignity. Just as, with subtle irony and striking precision, A. Khatybov did in his questionnaire-studies,2 which show how deeply and ingeniously both the body and the brain of Man were restructured, how monstrous the scale of the hidden invasion really was.
Our present understanding of reality once again leads to the same eternal conclusion: there have always been those who imposed THEIR WILL on others, who asserted their power over the masses, turning the right to rule into a personal PRIVILEGED INSTINCT, obsessively nourished by a sense of choseness. It has always been so. It was so in the times of kings, emperors, popes, priests, and presidents. It was so and, in their conviction, so it shall remain. Today, that is exactly how those who still consider themselves the “elite” THINK. THEY, AUTOMATICALLY — from the imposed superiority inherited by inertia from the shattered yet still smoldering old Control System — are convinced that their power is unshakable. They believe that the day is near when rulers WILL ATTAIN CONTROL worthy of the epithet “absolute power” — complete domination over matter, over the body, over consciousness, over life itself. In their imagination, this is the triumph of will, the celebration of a new techno-absolutism, where power is no longer merely a system of governance rather a form of omniscience and omnipotence. 
Yet this is no longer possible. THE WORLD HAS CHANGED. And it has changed irreversibly. The reality into which they attempt to embed the old codes collapses along with those codes. Their “absolute future” turns into the heaviest trial; one they will not endure. Because the new reality is NO LONGER JUST approaching — it is entering. It is no longer a timid wanderer politely knocking at the door: IT IS THE MASTER returning home. And this master will come into every house, establish NEW RULES, and ask no one — for such is the right of the new reality. And so that more people understand this, so that the illusion of eternal dominance of the old System and its heirs’ dissolves, I will continue describing what is taking place. Yet in a different way — proceeding from our current understanding, with those reference points that were previously outlined and revealed in the earlier article. Now we go deeper.
Across millennia one thing remains unchanged: SOCIAL HIERARCHY. Human society has always been divided into three key groups: lower, middle, and upper. This scheme, unofficial yet relentless, reproduced itself again and again — INDEPENDENT OF geography, culture, or level of technological development. It did not matter what these groups were called — slaves, subjects, workers, the governed — in essence, they were always layers of functional designation. Their division WAS NOT accidental — it was the deliberate architecture of the System, embedded into the construction of society as a structural inevitability. Each of these three groups, in turn, was subdivided into subgroups — by functional, status, genetic, or even sacred criteria. The “upper” included those who were admitted to governance — NOT JUST in the political sense, rather in the energetic and onto-informational. It was they who, often without fully realizing the depth of what was happening, became re-transmitters of alien designs, executors of alien Vectors of Purpose. The middle ones were the LAYER OF EXECUTIVE transmission, tasked with servicing the ruling class and controlling the lower. The lower — THIS IS THE MATRIX, the mass, the biomass, the object of exploitation and processing, the raw material for experiments, the reservoir of suffering and obedience. It was within these layers that the largest-scale energy- informational manipulations were carried out; here behavioral matrices, templates of faith and fear, modes of thinking, linguistic and biological codes were tested. However, today everything is changing. For the very foundations of this division have begun to collapse.
The lower classes are the first and MOST FUNDAMENTAL subgroup of society. They are the foundation of the pyramid, its immobile, inert, and overloaded mass. 
This is the category of people whose existence, in the historical and energy-informational sense, has always been defined by the burden of labor, the primitiveness of life’s tasks, and the complete absence of time and space for realizing their own role in the architecture of being. They are engaged in producing what is CONSUMED BY OTHERS: food, clothing, resources, services — the entire spectrum of the “necessary.” Their life is confined to a minimum, in which survival replaces development, and instincts displace any higher manifestations of reason. In antiquity, those who stood above them understood well: suppressed and UNRELEASED fear, turned into hidden energy, could eventually destroy the System itself. Therefore, the lower classes were given ways to relieve this tension — managed outlets of dark energy. Feasts, carnivals, public executions, spectacular killings in the arena, sexual orgies — all this served simultaneously as a channel for discharge and as a means of reinforcing subjugation. Fear and pleasure are two loops TIGHTENING THE NOOSE around the neck of the slave. Everything that took place before the eyes of the crowd carried a hidden function: to remind who rules here, and what the end will be for anyone who dares to question the existing order. Today, it might seem the situation is different: the lower classes HAVE GAINED MORE free time, formally expanded access to information and “opportunities.” However, the essence remains the same. Old games have been replaced by new spectacles — mass shows, TV series, sports broadcasts, degraded music, virtual drugs, alcohol, pornography, and everything else that disguises itself as "rest" or "self- expression." This is NOT LIBERATION — it is new slavery, refined and voluntary. It is not development — it is substitution. Their attention, directed not toward awareness rather toward endless consumption of images, makes any uprising of the spirit impossible. UNABLE to think, lacking the tools of critical evaluation, the lower classes readily accept their role. Moreover, they NO LONGER FEEL it humiliating — they have been persuaded that this is “normal,” that happiness lies in being “like everyone else,” in NOT ASKING questions and in rejoicing at an invented equality. Such is the fate of those deprived not only of knowledge, but of the ability to desire it. Their passivity is the FOUNDATION OF MANAGEABILITY. They do not see the net that constrains their movements, because it is already inside their heads. They are a HERD MASS, carrying out another’s will with the same devotion with which ancient bulls once went as sacrifices to their gods. Only now these gods are NO LONGER VISIBLE. They have been replaced by brands, shows, political phantoms, and algorithms. Outwardly — freedom. Inwardly — a cage.
The lower classes — the second subgroup. The second category of the lower classes are the ANTISOCIAL ELEMENTS, whose existence openly contradicts the outwardly declared interests of social order. They are not simply “fallen away” from working life, they are carriers of a special, sometimes unconscious function in the general ENERGY-INFORMATION LAYOUT. Their way of life is wandering, parasitic, marginal, criminalized; however, contrary to popular illusion, they are not just an anarchic accident within society, they are in a certain sense an embedded and even CONTROLLED ELEMENT of the construct. These are those who have either refused or been forced out of the sphere of labor, yet not out of the system. 
They exist, feed on its flaws, parasitize on its weaknesses, and often turn out to be its consciously embedded faulty code. The criminal world, begging, gray zones of trade, trafficking in people, weapons, bodies, consciousness — all this seems like grassroots improvisation until YOU NOTICE: behind every criminal business there inevitably looms the figure of “protection,” a high-ranking official, a member of the security apparatus, or a shadow player from the ranks of the “higher.” The connection between the lower and the higher does NOT SIMPLY exist — it is deep, cynical, and systemic. The higher use the antisocial environment as a tool. The tension created by the criminal and marginal subgroup is MANAGED CHAOS, allowing the vertical of fear and dependency to be reinforced. It is not eliminated, because elimination does NOT FIT the strategy. It is regulated, like steam in a boiler: enough pressure — and it is released through another “OPERATION OF JUSTICE,” a high-profile case, a change of corrupt officials. In place of some, others always arise — not because “that’s how man is made,” rather because THAT’S HOW the system is made. The old principle — “divide and rule” — here works in its full glory. The younger generation of the lower classes, observing the "successful" representatives of the criminal world, quickly concludes: the righteous path does not lead to deliverance from poverty. Filth is rewarded; the law is humiliated. Honesty is a sign of weakness. The logic of degradation becomes the environment for shaping a new generation of performers — slaves who NO LONGER NEED chains, because they carry shackles in their own system of beliefs. That said, it is especially important to understand: this entire system is NOT AUTONOMOUS. It feeds from the upper floors of power. The whole chain of “bribe-kickback-patronage” is a mechanism not merely of enrichment, rather of energy exchange that sustains the life of the System itself. The official, the security officer, the businessman, the middleman, the criminal, and the consumer merge into a SINGLE SYMBIOTIC organism. And in this organism, no one is superfluous. All are necessary, because each contributes THEIR SHARE to the stability of the illusion that could be called a “state,” but which is far more fittingly named the old and vile mechanism of holding on to power. The upper class control crime like a conductor directs an orchestra. They create the appearance of fighting it, yet only insofar as it strengthens their positions. Crime is like a regulated fire: hot enough to keep the masses on edge, yet NOT SO MUCH that it spreads to the palaces. One is burned so that the others remember who is master here. The replacement of pawns DOES NOT INTERFERE with the course of the game — on the contrary, it makes it more spectacular. Thus, the old System lives: by parasitizing on its own parasite. Until something else intervenes.
The middle class — the first subgroup. If the lower classes are the foundation, compressed from need and hopelessness, then the middle class is the SUPPORTING STRUCTURE of the entire old System. 
Their first subgroup consists of those who managed to escape the foul swamp of poverty, relying not so much on someone’s patronage as on their own persistence, capacity for long and painstaking work, and talent for adaptation. These are, as a rule, SYSTEMIC INDIVIDUALISTS, well integrated into the rhythm of the System. They became engineers, doctors, lawyers, small entrepreneurs, bureaucrats, managers, scholars, and cultural figures. Their minds are NOT CLOUDED by the primitive illusion of total domination, nor are they weighed down by the fate of the lower classes. They know the value of things, they know how to rationalize reality, and it is precisely in this that their MAIN DANGER lies. For this stratum, despite its outward loyalty, is fully aware of its intermediate position: they are not at the bottom, yet they're not at the top either. They are too intelligent NOT TO UNDERSTAND how the game is arranged. And though the likelihood of becoming part of the higher class is negligible — one in a million — they nevertheless begin to distance themselves from the lower classes, turning contempt into a cultural norm which, however, it is NOT CUSTOMARY to display openly. Their gratitude to the upper class is not born of blind submission, rather of temporary comfort, for which they are ready to serve. Yet there is no true loyalty in this devotion. It is based on fear and profit.
The middle class — the second subgroup. However, the second part of the middle class is of an entirely different kind. These are the so-called “revolutionaries.” They DO NOT WISH to play the role of the grateful servant. Intelligent, charismatic, active — yet dissatisfied with their position. 
They experience injustice not as an abstraction, rather as a personal humiliation, as the theft of their historical opportunity. And they are right: the upper class does indeed degenerate over time. Having lost its connection to function, it turns into farce. Its power ceases to be an iron hand leading the people and the System forward, and becomes instead the FLACCID HAND of a hedonist, immersed in wine, debauchery, and palace intrigues. They can no longer rule — only parasitize. And then a window of opportunity emerges for the “revolutionaries.” The upper class understands this. Which is why they NEVER RELAX. They wage a cryptic war — pinpointed, covert, permanent. Their task is to eliminate potential rebels before they can become a banner. In antiquity this was called “cryptia”3 — a social mechanism by which the strong, dangerous, potentially charismatic figures were singled out from among the youth and eliminated. Today it is called something else, the methods HAVE BECOME MORE SOPHISTICATED; however, the essence has not changed. The upper class fears those who could replace them. And that fear is their weakness. If the upper class loosens its grip, indulges in hedonism, liberalism, and the illusion of self-withdrawal from power, the second subgroup of the middle class immediately activates. They go on the offensive. They do NOT NEED a majority. They need passion, ideology, charisma, the energy of destruction. And as soon as they prevail — the cycle begins anew: a new elite takes the FORMER POSITIONS, a new “upper stratum” rebuilds the hierarchy to suit itself, a new vertical replays the old algorithms under new slogans. It is the eternal cycle of changing shells, while the essence of the System REMAINS UNCHANGED. Yet even here there is irony: for the two most dangerous elements for the state — the asocial lower classes and the revolutionary middle — are both managed by the upper class as combat instruments not against themselves, rather against an external enemy. Supporting revolutionary sentiment or criminal structures in rival states is an ANCIENT TACTIC of destruction from within. Whoever mastered it ruled the world. Whoever ignored it lost the throne. Russia at the beginning of the 20th century is a textbook example. The old elite, lulled by the illusion of stability, lost everything: homes, property, titles, and often — their very lives. Those they themselves had raised became their executioners. Thus continues the cycle of the old System, until another understanding of the very principle of power arrives.
The first subgroup of the upper. If the lower are the foundation and the middle the load-bearing structure, then the upper are the architects and owners of the entire building. The first subgroup of the upper are NOT SIMPLY the powerful but those who claim the status of a transcendent elite. In their eyes, it was they who pulled Humanity out of caves, clothed it in proper garments, and taught it to wield fire, the word, and fear. 
They believe themselves to be the ones who DIRECT EVOLUTION, who push history forward, who create meaning and order — even at the cost of millions of lives. They do not see themselves as shepherds of men; they think like gods. Their goal is Absolute Power — not in the mundane, rather in the ontological sense. NOT SIMPLY power over people and institutions, but power over time, space, matter, and energy. Their ambition is to become what in earlier ages was called God: all-encompassing, omnipresent, omnipotent. Yes, these people are cruel. Yes, they will WITHOUT HESITATION bury millions if calculation requires it. Yet this is not cruelty for pleasure’s sake — it is cold, operational action for the sake of the “Great Goal” they believe justifies everything. Their brain genotype allows them NOT TO TREMBLE before the pain of others. They are executors of a will they regard as supreme.
Today, there are about 8.3 billion people on the planet. Of these, 1 billion have brain genotype 42 (the “golden billion”), 1 million have genotype 44 (the “golden million”), and 10,000 have genotype 46, whose launch was planned for 2009 but DID NOT TAKE PLACE. Genotype 48 — 100 individuals — was also NOT IMPLEMENTED due to the collapse of the CS of the invaders. These 100 would have become carriers of the brain design for the Supreme Eternal Hierophants, closing the global vertical of power. In the absence of FULL IMPLEMENTATION of the 48th genotype, claims to the role of “the highest of the highest” are made by individuals with an activated genotype 44 and a partially manifested genotype 46. All talk of human equality is a lie for the biomass. The world has ALWAYS BEEN CONTROLLED by Brain Genotypes, not by peoples, not by ideologies, not by morality. The System worked to cultivate a structure suitable for coupling, control, and the transfer of alien intelligence. Everything else was a decoration to conceal the functions of the donor. So, what are the goals of this “elite?” CREATION OF A WORLD STATE, a global vertical of power. The formation of a world government to which all armies, intelligence services, and police are subordinated. DESTRUCTION OF THE INSTITUTIONS of national sovereignty. Unification of money — one digital currency. DESTRUCTION OF CASH. Centralization of all resources — material, energy, informational, and biological — into a single control node. The idea is simple: eliminate internal and external conflicts by destroying the very foundation of those conflicts — sovereignty, diversity, national, religious, and cultural independence. The dream of a "unified system" is NOT NEW. Now though, it is supported by technologies that allow for global control: digital surveillance, biometrics, total tracking of movements, transactions, and behavior. All this is for the sake of an ordered and manageable world — while maintaining the ILLUSION OF INDEPENDENCE. States supposedly preserve their symbols, traditions, and governments, yet in essence they are already subordinated to the “upper ones,” who govern through credit mechanisms, resource dependencies, agreements, sanctions, transnational corporations, and digital infrastructure. Those who refuse to obey — the leaders of the highest of the second and third echelon countries — are doomed. Their fate is predetermined: political death, military liquidation, or controlled destabilization. They will NOT BE FORGIVEN for autonomy. For Absolute Power tolerates no exceptions. The economy, too, is subject to full reorganization. Money — only digital. Bank manipulations and speculations — eliminated as remnants of chaos. A person without a digital identifier and access to digital resources CANNOT SURVIVE. From consumer culture remains only its phantom, framed by rigid rational accounting: each consumes exactly as much as prescribed by the Program. Everything else is for the “upper ones.” For the implementation of the Program, the strengthening of TECHNOLOGICAL POWER, advancement into Space, expansion into Time, the capture of new realities. And the surplus population — the “useless eaters” — will not be a rudiment rather a problem. Their elimination will not be genocide, but“NATURAL OPTIMIZATION” — through diseases, sterilization, birth control, “digital isolation,” and alienation from the resource of life. Such is the goal, such is the plan. And this goal would already have been realized if not for the Change of the System — if not for the intervention of new foundations of understanding. By the beginning of 1990, all PROGRAMMATIC PROCESSES of the interventionist System that controlled human development had been “completed.” The program for the formation and launch of the REQUIRED BRAIN GENOTYPES of the “Golden Billion” had been worked through, and energy-bio- genesis, as an auxiliary tool of forced evolutionary shaping, had reached its FINAL LIMITS within the old paradigm of governance. From then on, overall control shifted to another dimension, where the primary emphasis was no longer on the progressive development of man as a rational being, rather on the exploitation and retention of achieved results in the interests of a new power elite. In the private sphere, in the management of INTERNAL PROCESSES, this manifested itself in the emergence of new, extreme brain genotypes — 461 (introduced in 1990) and, to a limited extent, 462 (in 2009) through the "California" control complex. This was not just a quantitative increase — it was a FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE: new functionality, a modified form of connection with the control field, a new depth of integration into the structure of suppression and subjugation. And this immediately affected the social structure. A genotype is NOT SIMPLY a brain structure, it is also a basic matrix of social behavior, the foundation of governance. The introduction of the 461st and especially the 462nd genotypes, endowed with expanded connection to CONTROLLED VIOLENCE, transformed the structure of power, radically altering the balance in favor of a parasitic model of rule. A new phase began. From now on, the upper did not merely govern — they subjugated the very fabric of social being, implanting into it the algorithm of destruction. In Russia, the consequences became obvious. Under the guise of “liberal reforms,” a TOTAL SOCIAL CATASTROPHE was unleashed upon the country. The control system, built on the ideology of socialism, was methodically dismantled through the transmission of violence and destruction by carriers of the new genotype. This was NOT A CHANGE of ideology — it was the destruction of a civilizational matrix. The Soviet project, whatever its nature, possessed its own axis of goal-setting, its own ontological vector. All of this was destroyed. What occurred was, in fact, a COLLISION OF GENOTYPES. Not simply of classes or ideologies, rather of brain constructs bearing different levels of connection with the control system. On one side were the altered, parasitic, MUTATED CARRIERS of destruction; on the other, the inertly preserved yet already defenseless consciousness of the majority, still rooted in the old ethical-moral paradigm. However, the NEW PARASITISM was no longer local — it became total. The country sank into managed chaos, helplessness, and despair. Governance was exercised not through ideology, not through brute force, rather THROUGH THE IMPOSED, invisible, yet total pressure, in which man now felt himself not a subject, but a victim. The historical collapse of Russia was NOT AN accident — it was the result of the DELIBERATE INTRODUCTION of a new form of violence, legalized under the guise of freedom.
Today, in the shadow of destroyed sovereignty and lost statehood, in the shadow of digital suppression and control, the “elite” confidently believe that step by step they are approaching the creation of a SUPER-CONTROLLED SOCIETY. They dream of forever eliminating the human factor AS A SOURCE of unpredictability. Everything must be calculated, predictable, fully controllable. In this lies their dream — not in money and not in pleasures, rather in power transformed into an algorithm.
Digital power is not a form of governance. It is a NEW BEING. Human rights and freedoms in such a paradigm are archaic — formal fragments of an era when there were still illusions of humanism. Very soon they will become EMPTY WORDS, whose meaning will be forgotten like dead languages are forgotten. Technologies create the possibility of total surveillance. Computer dossiers, updated in real time, contain everything: from intimate habits to financial transactions, from movements through the streets to medical histories. Video surveillance, biometrics, digital IDs, “smart” cities — all this is NO LONGER A FANTASY, on the contrary, it is an almost completed reality. Any deviation from the norm, any gesture, word, or thought capable of going “beyond the bounds,” will be INSTANTLY RECOGNIZED and blocked. And, this is only the prologue. All economic and personal life will be tied to digital chips, to electronic wallets, to cashless currency that has become global and unified. CASH WILL DISAPPEAR. Money will become not freedom, but a leash. No citizen will be able to spend more than is permitted; no official will be able to stash a kickback. Everything will become ABSOLUTELY TRANSPARENT, and any shadow will become grounds for repression. This is the form of the future that the old bureaucratic class, accustomed to impunity, has not yet realized. It lives in the past, unaware that the coming system will leave no place even for it. The new power will be ABSOLUTELY INHUMAN — not in the sense of cruelty, rather in the sense of the superfluity of man himself. This is neither a utopia nor a dystopia. It is the RESULT OF THE SYSTEMIC LOGIC of the development of governance within a digital basis. And if there is no radical Transition, no new program, no emergence of a different System of Understanding, then everything described above will become NOT JUST probable, but inevitable. Yet I am sure — this WILL NEVER HAPPEN. Analyze the realities of what is happening today carefully, and you will be convinced that I am right.
The problems of mastering matter, energy, and space are no less important to the “elite” than controlling society. In essence, they represent the next, INEVITABLE STAGE, at which what is formed is not merely dominion over humanity rather power over Nature itself — with its time, laws, and limits. Modern energy sources, based on the burning of carbon fuel, are perceived by the new power AS AN ATAVISM. Oil, gas, coal — all this belongs to the past, and it persists solely due to the inertia of the interests of those still profiting from its trade. These industries are NOT AN ENGINE but a brake. They are corpses not yet buried only because it is inconvenient or unprofitable to do so. However, their death is predetermined. In order to create an entirely new energy system, efforts are already being concentrated — through the “elite” — on the development of technologies THAT WILL produce clean, safe, and extremely cheap energy. Among the promising directions are low-temperature nuclear reactions (cold nuclear fusion), controlled quantum processes, and vacuum energy generators — things that still seem like science fiction to us. Yet ALREADY NOW prototypes are being built that can, in miniature, generate energy comparable to the output of entire stations. Once this technology reaches industrial scale, the NEED for power plants, transmission lines, oil pipelines, and mines will VANISH. Entire industries, entire states whose economies rest exclusively on raw material exports will disappear. This catastrophe, inevitable in the old paradigm, WILL BECOME THE TRIUMPH of the new technocratic elite. It will open the road to the next goal — expansion beyond the planet. In their view, Earth is merely a launch pad. The story of the dinosaurs, wiped out by an external strike, serves as their warning. They do not intend to share the fate of biomass. Their task is the transformation of Man into a Cosmic Being. However, not biological in the literal sense: the path into Space in an earthly shell is impossible. The physical body WILL NOT WITHSTAND the distances, the conditions, or the subtle structures of interdimensional transition. The passage into space is possible only AS A TRANSITION into another form of existence — energetic-informational, holographically linked with matter; however, not reducible to it. Yet they are NOT YET MATURE ENOUGH to grasp this principle. Nevertheless, in their arsenal there already exist plans and budgets for reusable aerospace vehicles, orbital platforms, and even projects for manufacturing in weightlessness. Space factories are envisioned to produce substances and materials impossible to create in Earth’s gravitational field. All this is only the first stage. 
Beyond it lies the attempt to create machines that may become THE LITERAL EMBODIMENT of the alchemical dream: to produce everything from anything. So-called “replicators” — devices capable of manipulating matter at the atomic level — are to become the instruments of ABSOLUTE DOMINION over nature. With their help one could not only create substances, objects, food, but also form any object from a predesigned informational matrix. Replication algorithms would allow the transformation of garbage into gold, earth into food, air into matter. This is NOT JUST an economic revolution. It is the dismantling of the entire previous logic of production and distribution. To realize this project, four tasks must be solved. The first is learning to see atoms: this has already been achieved through the development of nanoscopy. The second is learning to manipulate atoms: the first experiments are already underway. The third is creating universal informational matrices — templates by which objects, substances, and structures can be “assembled.” The fourth is taking total control of the technology’s distribution, preventing it from falling into the hands of those who might misuse it. And it is here that the “elite” WILL ONCE AGAIN REVEAL their essence: monopolization of the new reality is their only form of existence. All this is not mere fantasy. It is strategy. A strategy of COMPLETE RESTRUCTURING of the world.
The introduction of replicators will eliminate agriculture, heavy industry, and mass production. The food problem will be solved. However, along with it, millions of jobs will be destroyed. The gigantic structures on which the entire previous society relied will collapse. In their place will remain only a NARROW CIRCLE of those who control replication. Everything else will become redundant. Thus, a new type of society is created: not only governed, it is also manufactured. It NO LONGER NEEDS a person as labor, as a resource, as a tool. A person is either part of a new technocratic elite, or a useless consumer subject to "soft recycling." This is the ULTIMATE DREAM of those who today believe that they "determine the course" of the planet: to create a technocratic deity who WILL CONTROL matter, space, energy and information. However, they forget about one thing: the meaning of being is not limited to management. CREATION REQUIRES PURPOSE, not just power. And if there is no such goal, the replicator, like the star, becomes only a source of light, one not of meaning.
And here a question arises, which they will not be able to answer with any calculations: why? Why all this power, if you CANNOT use it for the Transformation of Man? If you yourself have not become higher? It is precisely here, as before, that our thought, the thought of the reader, begins to work. We know that the energy of the future lies not only in devices, it is also within man himself. WE KNOW that Transfiguration is possible only when Will, Reason, and Understanding become the single foundation of being. Everything else is nothing more than ANOTHER ILLUSORY MIRAGE of the old System.
Another question that will inevitably face the elite: what to do with humanity in the context of the TOTAL SPREAD of replicator technology? If this technology reaches full industrial and domestic application, it will free people from the necessity of working to meet material needs. For the first time in the entire history of civilization, the masses will face a REAL PROSPECT — to live without labor, without survival, without the need to “earn a living.” What was once considered utopia will become everyday normality. And it is precisely then that it will be revealed: freedom is not a blessing in itself, rather a trial. A trial for which the OVERWHELMING MAJORITY of humanity is not prepared.
The gift of free time, which could be used for creativity, knowledge, self-improvement, will become a SOURCE OF DEGRADATION for the majority. Only a few will be able to transform it into a path of development. The great mass, lacking will, knowledge, and understanding of the purpose of existence, will rush (indeed is already rushing) into an abyss of entertainment, narcotic oblivion, erotic decay, and magico-ritual darkness. On this wave, occult and satanist cults will resurface and gain NEW BREATH, along with bloody spectacles, gladiatorial fights involving not only people but also animals, cyborgs, and robots — all that which saturates the crowd with emotion of fear, aggression, and primitive pleasure. Slave trade will acquire new forms: the living human being will cease to be a “slave of labor” and will become a “SLAVE OF PLEASURES” — a source of enjoyment, violence, material for biological operations, organic reserve, cloning, and reproductive manipulations. The human body will be used as a resource — and not for creation, rather for INSTINCTIVE CONSUMPTION, serving as a material base for the medical industry and genetic engineering. And here the elite will face a dilemma as old as the world itself: either allow universal access to replicator technology, or establish absolute control over it. And since power DOES NOT TOLERATE risk, the second path will be chosen without hesitation. Replicators, possessing the ability to reproduce not only objects but themselves according to a given matrix, represent not only an opportunity but also a threat. They can multiply at exponential speed, slip out of control, create new centers of power, and destroy monopoly — and this is unacceptable for a structure built on control. Therefore, the technology capable of changing the face of the planet WILL BE HIDDEN, encrypted, guarded, passed on only to the chosen. Those who possess not things, rather the means of producing things themselves, will become not merely the richest, but almost gods. Control over replication is control over matter, and therefore — OVER DESTINIES.
Yet there is another aspect, even darker: if the technology of replicators, even accidentally, falls into the hands of extremists, fanatics, or terrorist regimes, it will open before them BOUNDLESS POSSIBILITIES for creating weapons. And not abstract ones, but very concrete: any destructive, poisonous, biological, or energy weapon could be instantly reproduced in the required quantity, without industry, without logistics, without traces. In conditions where every object is merely a set of atoms and an informational scheme, the boundaries between production and destruction dissolve. Thus, the elite faces the problem of the DUAL NATURE of the technology: on the one hand — absolute control and power, on the other — the potential end of all forms of stability. And if a new level of Understanding, a new stage of civilizational consciousness, DOES NOT EMERGE, this weapon of the future will turn against its creators. That is why replicators, like the entire structure of the new technocracy, ARE NOT a “solution,” merely a stage. A stage at which humanity must answer: WHY DO WE LIVE? For now, the elite will do everything possible to restrain the freedom it has itself created — restricting access, turning super-technology into a mechanism of isolation, and ultimately preserving inequality as a principle of survival and domination. And only when Man himself is placed at the center, not as an “eater,” not as a “fighter,” rather as a BEARER OF THE HIGHEST FUNCTION, will it be possible to move on to the next phase, in which technology will be neither a curse, nor a weapon, nor a temptation, rather it will become a continuation of Reason.
This is not the end of iz(s)tory. Everything that has already been revealed is only the OUTER CONTOUR OF WHAT IS HAPPENING. The questions we have only just outlined continue to pull threads of far deeper and more troubling meanings. Who will man become in the coming world of total technologization? What will happen to the Soul, to Mind, to the Essence — under conditions where matter and information become interchangeable? What will society look like, where labor disappears, scarcity disappears, the need to survive disappears? How will governance be arranged, and who — or what — WILL BECOME THE CENTER of the new power?
We have approached the threshold of the most fundamental metaphysical transformations. And although most people still live in the inertia of the old world, the new reality is already quietly and inexorably entering every home, every screen, every consciousness. The former reference points are collapsing, the old codes of control are being erased, and in their place arises something entirely different — as yet UNCOMPREHENDED AND UNREALIZED. Therefore, this discussion will necessarily be prolonged. In the next article, we will CONTINUE TO EXPOSE the true mechanisms of what is happening, examine the second subgroup of the higher ones, through which everything we now observe in reality is being implemented, in order to see not only the result, but also the Design behind it.
