The new architecture of power
begins from a single point — the Brain.
Not the elite, rather the Human.
Until this point is realized —
power is dead.
The world is rapidly entering a stage of irreversible change. The old order is collapsing, illusions are crumbling, and truth is being revealed. Russia, as one of the MAIN NODES of planetary history, has found itself at the center of this tectonic shift — not by chance, rather by a DEEP DESIGN to which it must either conform or vanish as a subject. Today, with the old governing system dismantled and a new one only beginning to take form, the key question is not simply survival, it is transition — transition to ANOTHER ONTOLOGY, to a different logic of power, to a new mind. The previous articles (“Brain Protocol…”) were devoted to the DIAGNOSIS OF COLLAPSE — the collapse of state structures, of the parasitic elite, of the erosion of subjectivity, and the loss of meaning. Now before us arises a task of greater complexity — transformation. This is NO LONGER EXPOSURE, it is a design. Not merely the destruction of the old, rather a sketch of a new architecture — the architecture of life, meaning, and will. It is NOT A CONTINUATION in the chronological sense. This is a transition from the disclosure of defeats to the affirmation of actions. This is an attempt to fix the coordinates of the exit — from the captivity of PROGRAMMATIC CONSTRUCTIONS, from the matrix of false subjectivity, from the old epoch. Transition is always pain. However, in this case, it is the pain that leads to the BIRTH OF THE NEW. And if we are still capable of making this step, we will not simply save the country — we will change the very logic of human existence. This is not lofty rhetoric. It is a call, and I hope that the reader will understand me after reading these three articles.1
The threshold we have stepped onto does NOT BELONG to politics, economics, or even culture. This is not a crisis, it is a TURNING POINT OF EPOCHS. We are entering a space where the familiar coordinates lose their meaning, and the very concepts of “state,” “human,” and “power” demand a complete rewriting. The two parts of “Brain Protocol…” were a MAP OF RECOGNITION: by exposing the structure of control, the degradation of elites, and the ontological substitution of subjectivity, I marked for the reader the limit beyond which it is no longer possible to exist in the old way. However, to see the boundary is not yet to cross it.
Today Russia is NOT A WINNER. A country possessing the greatest natural, energy, and intellectual resources on the planet repeatedly demonstrates STRUCTURAL WEAKNESS, managerial inertia, and ideological emptiness. Its colossal potential seems paralyzed. The vector of movement is not upward, toward transformation, rather it is downward — toward exhaustion. This is not a momentary collapse, it is a slow, viscous drowning in a quagmire, from which it is becoming more DIFFICULT TO GET OUT every day. And the point of no return is approaching, a line beyond which there will be no more resources, no subjectivity, or even the will to survive. Just a shell, just a puppet homunculus in place of a great state. However, this is NOT THE END. It all depends on the key parameter — the structure of power, the system through which people, meanings and the future are managed. Only a radical change in this construction can save the situation, give it a new impulse, pull it out of its deadly spiral. This is not cosmetic reform and not a change of personnel. It is a CHANGE OF THE MATRIX, a reconfiguration of the very logic of the System, capable not merely of holding together a disintegrating continent, but also redirecting it to the Vector of life, knowledge and immortality. Everything else is just DELAYED AGONY.
A change in the construction of the state never happens in isolation — it is inseparable from the will of society, from the structure of social consciousness, which is formed UNDER THE PRESSURE of historical, ideological, and programmatic factors. The will of society is not merely a declarative ideal; it is the energetic foundation of any form of organized existence. As the will is, so is the form. This is an axiom proven throughout the entire chrono-process of human history. Any STATE CONSTRUCT is only the material imprint of the collective state of consciousness, whether it be the era of primitive cults, medieval deities, or secular liberalism. That is why true reforms do NOT BEGIN in offices — they begin in hearts and minds, in the deepest layers of the ontological choice between freedom and submission, between fear and dignity, between the right to live and the acceptance of a SLOW DEATH. In Russia, this process became especially evident at the last stage of its historical embodiment—when, under the guise of neoliberal reforms, an alien construction WAS INSTALLED, antagonistic to the traditional will of the native peoples. The programmatic nature of this implantation was expressed in the clear imposition of three Executive States and the so-called EXECUTIVE CIRCUMSTANCES — elements that predetermined the destruction of the subjective will of the population and its replacement by a system of external violence. 
Thus, the former historical subjectivity of the peoples of Russia, which had previously actively shaped the type of statehood, WAS LIQUIDATED, and the new system of governance, presented as liberal-democratic, in reality turned into the dictatorship not of the people rather of the state —violence in its deepest and most technological form. The essence of this substitution lay in a simple yet terrifying shift: from the interaction of “people – state" — to the DOMINANCE OF THE CONSTRUCTION “state → people.” This was not just an imbalance — it was an ONTOLOGICAL COUP, turning state will into the only law, and the will of the people into illegitimate noise. All governing functions became subordinated to direct, centralized, systemic violence, having one source and many channels of projection — from jurisdiction to the media sphere. Thus, was formed the NEWEST FORM of fascism, not by external attributes, rather by essence: the total domination of the state- technocratic will over a living historical subject. In this lies its modern guise. Today it does NOT MARCH under the swastika nor raise hands in salute. Today it is covered by a PSEUDO-LIBERAL MASK, polished with marketing clichés and the newspeak of human rights. Yet the essence remains unchanged: the three pillars of the new fascism are financial violence, administrative- bureaucratic arbitrariness, and national-demographic suppression. This is the NEW STRUCTURE of power, built into the body of the Russian state at the programmatic level. It is NOT A SIMPLE deviation — it is an architecturally calibrated model, stripping the peoples of the right to be subjects, turning them into statistical biomass, managed through mechanisms of digital control, coercion, and algorithmic behavior prediction.
True fascism DOES NOT CHANGE its goal — it always strives for a monopoly on will, subordinating to itself the entire multiplicity of human aspirations. It stands against pacifism, it breeds war — external, internal, civilizational, biological, spiritual. It maintains a constant level of social turbulence, divides indigenous peoples, fragments unity, and pits them AGAINST EACH OTHER. And when such fascism begins to dress itself in a “national costume,” presenting its disunity as a “struggle of cultures,” it becomes ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS — it turns into a virus, penetrating into the very fabric of the people. None of this happens spontaneously. Everything unfolds in strict accordance with the formula: “…only war strains all human forces to the highest degree and bestows the mark of nobility upon nations that have the courage to undertake it…” — DECLARES THE CANON of this ideology. Here is the main route: from the will of the people — to the will of the state — to the will of war — to the will of domination. And this route inevitably leads to catastrophe, unless it is rethought.
Today, when speaking about fascism, it is impossible to limit ourselves to its historical framework of the first half of the 20th century, its symbols, or its parties. Fascism must be regarded as a universal and autonomous theoretical-methodological construct, embedded in the CONTROL PROGRAM PROCESS of the old System. It has not disappeared, it transformed. It has not been defeated, rather it repositioned anew as an energy-informational protocol of control. Fascism is not politics, IT IS TECHNOLOGY. It is not just an ideology; it is a METHOD OF EXECUTING control programs at a certain phase of civilizational development. That is why fascism is a fragment of the “European phenomenon,” not in a geographical, rather in an ONTOLOGICAL SENSE — as a fragment of distorted rationality, intended for the culmination stage of control through violence, as an obligatory form of maintaining a parasitic existence. The essence of this program is not in the establishment of a superior race, it is in the embodiment of the governing CONSTRUCT OF PARASITISM through legalized forms of legitimate suppression, at the level of norms, law, the instinct of submission, and reproducible ideology.
The main vector of programmatic influence, covertly encoded within the structure of fascism, originated from the Alps-1 Control Complex and was intended for individuals with brain genotypes 441 and partially 423, who acted as carriers of the KEY EXECUTIVE FUNCTIONS. However, the true burden of the fascist function fell upon genotypes 42 and 44, to whom a mandatory function of parasitism was assigned, formalized as the foundation of their existence. Their existence was possible only THROUGH VIOLENCE, for without violence parasitism is impossible. Thus, fascism itself, as a governing program, was an instrument for the realization of a special level of energy-informational control, based on the construction of the “objectified use” of people.
Since December 1990, the programmatic line of fascism received a new status — from being instrumental it became an independent GOVERNING BRANCH, emerging from the broader complexes of liberalism and communism. This was the transition to an autonomous scenario for executing the final stage of the old System’s development, before its transformation into the model of the “GOLDEN ERA.” Such a shift turned fascism into not merely a technology of violence, rather into the dominant protocol for executing the concluding stage of CIVILIZATIONAL GOVERNANCE. In this capacity, it acquired three independent directions of its operation: Financial fascism — management through debt bondage, credit enslavement, absolute transparency and vulnerability of financial flows; Administrative-bureaucratic fascism — management through bureaucratic omnipotence, fused with the algorithms of digital surveillance; National-demographic fascism — management through the dismemberment of ethnic will, controlled mixing of peoples, and the erosion of the subjectivity of indigenous communities.
By the year 2000, these THREE DIRECTIONS of the fascist program had solidified into stable forms of invisible power, supplementing the official facets of the Constitutional system. To the familiar three branches — legislative, executive, and judicial — were INVISIBLY ATTACHED three others, absent from public discourse yet carrying the core burden of systemic violence: the Administrative- bureaucratic, the Financial-banking, and the National-demographic. These THREE SHADOW POWERS are neither elected nor replaceable, nor subject to public oversight; they are a metapolitical superstructure, programmatically embedded within the machinery of the state. Within them, the true fascism of the 21st century found embodiment — stripped of its symbolism YET PRESERVING and even amplifying its significance. In this lies the new phase: fascism has become not a regime rather a norm, not an exception rather an algorithm, not external violence rather internally conditioned violence, inscribed into the very genotypical code of control. Thus, when the state suppresses the people today, it is no accident or historical error, it is a precise, mathematically calculated consequence of the energy- informational architecture of the old control System now standing AT THE EDGE of its completion.
The peculiarity of the current construction of organized existence, not only in Russia but more broadly, lies in a dual-layered system of governance, where the public facade — the legislative, executive, and judicial branches — serves only an imitative role. Formally, this facade is MANAGED BY PEOPLE elected or appointed through legal procedures. In reality, however, the governing mechanism presented as authority on behalf of the people, is ONLY A SHOWCASE, behind which another, “invisible” structure secretly operates, implementing the deeper algorithms of energy-informational control directly linked to the residual impact of the Control Complexes. Their functions are not administrative, rather volitional, their nature NOT LAWFUL, rather frequency-based, and their target is not the institutions of power, rather the very bearer of consciousness, an ordinary person who, without realizing it, acts within the framework of someone else's PROGRAM SUPPORT. It is precisely through the management of collective consciousness that the three directions of modern fascism — administrative, financial, and demographic — are carried out. Moreover, this occurs not as a repressive act imposed from above, rather it is an internalized reality into which society ENTERS VOLUNTARILY, perceiving it as natural. This is a new type of fascism: a fascism of consensus, in which the victim consents to being a victim, while the executor sincerely believes he is upholding the law.
The established hierarchy, built on hidden violence, creates a model of behavioral paradox: for some — everything is permitted, including the outright violation of law and morality; for others — OBEDIENCE IS COMMANDED, even when their position is clearly humiliating and deprived of rights. At the slightest glimmer of dissent, the mechanism of repression activates automatically: that which is suppressed must be suppressed even more harshly. 
In this way, a stable energetic grid is constructed, where suppression is NOT AN ERROR, it is the only means of maintaining systemic balance. The optimal carriers and executors of this fascist-type system worldwide — and especially in Russia — are TWO SUBGROUPS of the “upper”: those we might call the “elite” and the “gilded trash.” They are the PERFECT CONDUCTORS of governing violence, both because they are its direct beneficiaries and because they cannot conceive of their existence outside of parasitism. It is precisely this category of the “upper” (the “gilded trash”) — not bearers of reason, rather consumers of privilege — that has become the most vulnerable to external control. They sold the country long ago — not because they betrayed it, rather because they perceive it not as a Motherland, rather AS AN ASSET.
Russia’s enemies long ago realized that the best way to destroy the Empire is not a frontal assault, rather through internal disintegration carried out by its own representatives. They gladly grant the “upper” access to their financial systems, where it is CONVENIENT TO STORE the stolen wealth. They allow them to buy property in London and Paris, to open businesses, to host lavish parties and decadent orgies. All this is part of a program in which the weakening Empire is used as an instrument of self-destruction, while its ruling classes serve merely as temporary carriers of the process, destined for disposal once the mission is complete. And as soon as the last missile shield weakens, as soon as the remnants of defensive power collapse and the will to resist disappears, the need for these “upper” will vanish. They will be eliminated first — not by the enemy, rather by the SCENARIO ITSELF, which exploited their blindness, stupidity, and insatiable greed as the means of achieving its goal. They truly believed they had entered the club of the chosen, never realizing that they were nothing more than part of the temporary scaffolding of Russia’s programmed downfall.
When the Empire loses the last remnants of its subjectivity, when the final artifacts of its military and technological superiority are deactivated or surrendered without a fight, the enemies will come. And not in the form of diplomatic missions or humanitarian aid. They will invade — and the “slaughter of the innocents” will begin. For THERE WILL REMAIN NO fear, no respect, no further need to dissemble. All prior agreements, signed by the “princes” and “merchants” in the name of the Russian people, will be annulled — AS FICTIONS, no longer backed by strength or will. From that moment, the language of force will be the only language of communication. Any attempts at resistance or pleas for recognition of “Russian interests” will be perceived as the noise of falling debris. Everything that was accumulated — financial assets, business empires, palaces, yachts, islands — will be REDUCED TO DUST. Billions, when no longer protected by missiles, carry no value. Their owners will cease to be part of the elite and will turn into EXPENDABLE MATERIAL. And this will be staged theatrically, politically, and competently. The world community, zombified by the proper narrative, will greet the intervention with applause. 
They will say they came to save the region from ecological disaster, humanitarian crisis and the threat of a leak of weapons of mass destruction. And all this will be voiced by the very same people who, just yesterday, SPONSORED THE COLLAPSE of the Empire from within. The enemies will brand the current elite as a criminal gang, accused of arms, drug, organ, and child trafficking. Accounts will be frozen, property seized, and manhunts announced. They WILL NOT be killed immediately — that would be too merciful. Instead, they will be imprisoned — not simply imprisoned, rather they will be handed over to the criminal underworld, so that those who were gods yesterday will beg for mercy, whimper, sign confessions, and repent for crimes they never even knew existed. This will NOT BE JUSTICE — it will be a ritual annihilation of a caste. An esoteric inversion of power. A complete reformatting of the script. And in this there will not be a single gram of injustice. Because these “upper” NEVER UNDERSTOOD who they truly were. They imagined themselves as arbiters of destiny, without realizing that the Brain Genotype was neither their achievement nor their choice. It was not an evolutionary reward, not a prize for valor, rather an IMPUTED FREQUENCY TOLERANCE, embedded into the architecture of the will of the metasystem. A person is not a subject, rather a carrier of a functional construct — an operational block within the computational field of the controlling environment. No one asked them when the access matrix was implanted into their brains. They did NOT CHOOSE whether they would be biomass, donor circuits, working nodes, or protocols of interface. They did not choose whether they would become a priest, a slave, or flesh. They were simply placed on a route. And if they forgot this, if they mistook their carrier status for personal freedom, if they fantasized that they possessed their own will — they are doomed. For everything built on ignorance of one’s own nature will in the end be destroyed by nature itself. And on that day — there WILL BE NEITHER compassion nor a second chance. Even within the context of the global transformations now dismantling the familiar order — even as the constructs once sought by the former “upper” collapse — there remains for us only one path of salvation. One — yet sufficient: to change. TO CHANGE OURSELVES. Do not wait for a “new elite,” do not hope for a new experiment from above, do not look for a leader or an external messiah. We must become the elite ourselves. In the fullest, truest sense of the word: not by blood, rather by responsibility. Not by status, rather by the capacity to carry inner constructiveness. This is the true estate of the future — not privilege, rather inner discipline; not power over others, rather power over oneself. We must REMEMBER OURSELVES. Remember that we have risen from the ashes more than once — not by accident, not by blind chance, rather because within us was the nerve, the impulse, the Meaning. And when we grasped that Meaning, nothing could stop us. We not only rose, we built anew — vast, powerful, knowledge-intensive, boundless.
The time for the collapse of the structure is running out. It is being replaced by a NEW GOVERNING ARCHITECTURE, with different genotypes, different carriers of Will, and different principles of shaping the future. Those who have not yet understood this — never will. And those who have understood — have already begun to move.
To survive, we MUST RETURN to reality. This is the key. We must break free from the virtual intoxication that has been imposed on us. To see that we are living inside a deception. That an economy which produces nothing real is no economy at all. That a country devouring the remnants of its former greatness cannot survive. We will NOT BE SAVED by stock markets, PR managers, or digital tokens — if we create nothing. We are obliged to think about the future — in its most literal flesh: the new generation. It must be different. Healthy, educated, driven, tempered not in debauchery rather in dreams. Passionately in love with technology, with science, with genuine progress. Only with such a generation is it possible to build a new Empire — even if it bears another name. An EMPIRE OF MIND. An empire where power is not for its own sake, rather structure for the sake of Creation. Where the ritual is not consumption, it is the rhythm of creativity.
We NO LONGER NEED parasitic professions. We NO LONGER NEED air merchants, officials of manipulation, financiers of schemes. 
We NO LONGER NEED lawyers who whitewash evil, or economists who produce nothing but reports. we NEED HARD WORKERS. Not "laborers," rather workers of the Mind. We need engineers of a new era, builders of a world where knowledge is sacred again; scientists not driven by grants rather by passion, creating not out of despair rather from a great striving toward the superhuman. With this new class, with this core, a different type of society can emerge. Not the replication of biomass, rather the REPRODUCTION OF WILL: steel-like, disciplined, ascending. We NO LONGER NEED a media culture of trained animals, crazed clowns flooding screens, or a culture of distorted consumption with mind-numbing shows, shallow advertising, and the glorification of weakness. What we need is a culture of will and meaning, and THIS THRESHOLD must be crossed not with words rather with action. We need new media — not mouthpieces of vulgarity and despair, rather powerful instruments shaping new meaning, new will, and a new relationship to life; media that WILL INSPIRE rather than suppress, that tell each person daily: you do not live in vain, you belong to a great people, and your country lives because you are its living nerve and strength; media that educate, unite, awaken, carrying knowledge and honor, forming a new scale of values where labor, courage, intellect, and dignity stand as the peaks, not the bottom.
We must RESTORE RESPECT for the working person — not in words or declarations, rather through real mechanisms: fair pay, prestige, and the elevation of the image of the worker, the engineer, the warrior. Youth must once again aspire to become masters, creators, and defenders — not “traders,” “financiers,” or “lawyers,” not because such paths are forbidden, rather because they are petty. In the consciousness of the new society, these professions must be seen for what they truly are — secondary and subordinate. Without meaning, without production, without labor and without progress — they are nothing. However, we MUST EDUCATE not only the people, we must raise our own successors. We must build a NEW SYSTEM of selection into the ranks of the upper, into a new elite. The vicious model where status is defined by birth must be eliminated. Anyone who gains a genetic or social “bonus” of being born into the “upper” stratum yet carries NEITHER intellect, nor will, nor value — must be excluded. This is how we will save the state. Otherwise, we will AGAIN REPEAT the fate of past civilizations destroyed by the decay of their ruling class. The upper must be those who are truly higher — not in money, not in connections, not in family crests, rather in mind, spirit, and capacity for action. The elite is not a title; it is a burden. It is not pleasure, it is responsibility. It is not a privilege; it is the MOST DIFFICULT DUTY.
The new elite is, above all, an intellectual one, for only a powerful mind can see further, set real goals instead of illusions, and not just dream but wrest secrets from the Universe; yet ONLY THE MIND united with will can build and lead. Reason without purpose is chaos, which is why the new elite must also be spiritual — with inner strength, moral principles, clarity of purpose, and contempt for luxury, idleness, and show. The spiritual elite DOES NOT ENTERTAIN itself — it burns with idea, work, and service. 
Finally, the new elite must be military in today’s sense, not by uniform rather by INNER STRUCTURE, for the world is still ruled by force. And if you're not ready to fight, you've already lost; without teeth, you have no future. Knowledge, culture, and science are worthless if you CANNOT defend them with arms, as history repeatedly proves. Thus, the true elite is THE WARRIOR — one who can not only create but also defend, forge the weapons of the future, die for his own, and speak to the world not from fear rather from strength. Only such an elite can protect the country from disappearance, restore its voice and power, and ensure that no one ever again laughs at its weakness or plots its destruction.
Such is the path. THERE IS NO OTHER. By changing ourselves, transforming our attitude toward life, raising a new generation — not of consumers but of creators; by building a real, living, active economy founded on labor, knowledge, and technology; by directing all remaining strength and resources toward breakthrough solutions capable of uncovering the laws of nature on a new level and ensuring their rapid integration into daily life — only then can we defend our subjectivity, independence, and civilizational right to exist. Only then will we ONCE AGAIN RISE to leading positions in world politics — not as vassals, not as raw-material appendages, nor as a battlefield for others’ interests, rather as a new force, a new ideological and civilizational center of the world. And then, those among us who endure and triumph in this global struggle for power — for the governance of Humanity, resources, technologies, and meanings — WILL BECOME GODS. In the literal sense: sovereign beings, who have overcome the limits of time, death, and chance. Beings no longer bound by fear, ignorance, or need. Beings for whom nothing will be impossible. Yet this is impossible without the emergence and disclosure of new information that will become Knowledge — NEW KNOWLEDGE. Not religious dogma, nor another secular ideology, rather Knowledge as the foundation of a new construction of Being. I have written about this in detail in my books. Only on this basis can a fundamentally NEW PROJECT OF HUMANITY be created — in a new body, with a new Mind, and a new mission. Only then can a new form of Humanity be reconstituted as a unified, organized, rational, ascending community. Without this, no transition to the next stage of development is possible. No reforms, rearmament or change of personalities HAVE meaning unless the very principle of existence changes. This is precisely why the System observes. And this is why, perhaps, a society incapable of generating such Knowledge through truly received information — INCAPABLE of transforming itself in accordance with the new format — will be denied further existence. Such a society will be rejected, “dismantled,” as an UNFIT ELEMENT in the evolutionary mechanism.
The World WAS NOT created by people. People were only temporarily granted the right to dwell within it — without knowledge of its essence, without access to its foundations, without understanding of its role. It WAS COHABITATION, not full participation, and certainly not governance. Even in these limited conditions, with the material, tangible use of human performers, the Old System DID NOT ALLOW them to break beyond the boundaries into the essence of the Universe. 
Now, however, access is open. The Old control System has been dismantled. The New System admits only what is pure, righteous, and effective. It filters out the false, the barren, the parasitic. It is not just the old vector of events that has been halted — the very inertia of death itself has been stopped. But now: where, and how, will the course of history move? From the moment the processes of restoring the true Reason of the Earth were launched, for the first time (!) in all history, people RECEIVED THE RIGHT TO INFLUENCE their own destiny. Yet this right is not granted to all, nor everywhere. This right, this possibility, this privilege, and this immense responsibility has been entrusted to one geopolitical space. Limited, yet functionally distinguished. AND THAT IS RUSSIA.
Today’s path can no longer be meaningless. We have reached the line beyond which lies either Ascension or the End. And thus, every step, every choice, every idea — is already part of the Protocol of the Mind, of the new path, of the new form of life, of the new understanding. We face NOT MERELY the task of survival — we are obliged to claim the right to live forever. We must once again form not just a civilization, rather a Wholeness — a new system of Humanity, in which reason will truly be Reason, and man will be worthy of his name.
What has been said in the previous and in this article IS NOT the result. This is the assembly point for the transition to the next level of understanding. We have analyzed the form, explored the nature of today's degradation and the power of programmatic hierarchies — however, the essential question, the Transition itself, is still ahead. Ahead lies the comprehension and description of the New Management System, a new ontological and energy-informational order, within which Man can truly emerge as Creator, embodying the idea — greater than any other in the world today — to Conquer Death.
